I was upset with how one side of my hair turned out, and she was so rude. Turned me away from the mirror, & snapped, "Just let me finish your hair", & started to layer the other side. When she was done, I was trying to explain what I didn't like, she was trying to explain why it had to be that way, I tried to tell her I'd been getting the same haircut at the same location for years, she said "I know, I cut your hair the last time". I tried to talk to her about a remedy/solution, she said "I'm not cutting any more off your hair because you won't be happy with anything", whipped off the gown, said have a good day & walked off. I've had plenty of bad hair experiences in my life, but I've never experienced a stylist who won't talk about the issue, and won't at least attempt to suggest a fix. She didn't charge me, just looked up from her super engaging phone screen from the other side of the room, waved me out of the salon saying "you're good", and returned her gaze back to her phone. I was in a situation where I couldn't see my normal person in town so I booked here out of convenience. It was much more expensive than any other place in town but I figured it would be worth it. After my appointment I noticed that many of my lashes we're going in different directions. I tried to brush them with the lash brush only to find that over 50% of my lashes were glued together and tangled. I wore them for an event and even my girlfriends noticed that they looked strange. One friend commented that it looked like I was going to get poked in the eye. Upon further inspection I realized that many of my natural lashes had begun to fall out but because of the glue situation, they were still trapped in with the other lashes. As I started to remove the dead lashes as gently as I could, clumps began to fall out. I went to my regular gal and had them removed. My natural lashes are so damaged that she recommended waiting a week or two before getting a new set. I've had last extensions for four years, done all over the country and this was a first for me. Do not go here.
