I have driven past this place multiple times thinking to myself "eh I don't need my lashes done but that looks like a cute place!" I've been coming to the lash cabana for almost 2 years I love this place so much, while I mostly get lash extensions ( which I love and these ladies do incredible jobs at) I've gotten henna brows by Mia LOVE LOVE LOVE! They last a few weeks and it's nice for vacation so I have one less step to do when getting ready. I've had 2 hydro facials. Lauren is amazing- her Awww soft voice makes the facial and massage that much more relaxing. Kate does my lashes and she is a SAINT I come out looking more confident and beautiful as ever after she takes care of me. An okay experience. Right off the get go the person doing my eyebrows was complaining about her ex boyfriend (which I get it girl we have all been there) and talking about sexual acts about her new man. Made me slightly uncomfortable. Only got my eyebrows laminated once at a different place so was still new to it. She asked me no questions regarding how I wanted them tinted (they turned out orange and almost look like they are flaking off). Cute little place and I bet good for other stuff but wouldn't recommend eyebrow lamination here. read more

Chera the owner is simply amazing, she was the second lash person I went to, I thought the first person I went to was great although I lost a lot of lashes daily, yes I said daily - I thought this was normal. I was directed to their face book page which was filled with amazing reviews and before and after pics. It is super easy to schedule your appt on line. I being a mama of 4 and not yet ready to shell out $120 for lash's decided to use the junior lash artist Jasmine. She changed $50 to do a full classic set of lashes. Jasmine was so professional and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She thoroughly explained the steps and aftercare practices. When she showed me the mirror after she was finished I was floored by the result !!!! It was freaking stunning this girl is truly an artist and takes pride in her work. I had to drive my 13 year old sister to get her lashes done after she'd been saving up allowance money for months. Traffic on the way was poor but we got there and the building didn't look very nice at all for the price they were asking for. She was very excited to get in there but once she did they told her that she was 4 minutes later than the 20 minute maximum wait. We weren't able to make cause we had to help our dad move and on top of that there was traffic. She came out crying and was very upset but I don't blame them for canceling it after 24 minutes. However, what I do find infuriating IS THAT THEY CHARGED HER ACCOUNT $100+ AFTER THEY CANCELED IT. I had ombre Powder Brows done by Jasmine. She is amazing! She took her time and explained everything to me thoroughly and professionally. She mapped out my brows and then started the actual ombré process. I was worried it would hurt, but it just felt like a scratching feeling. She was great at keeping me comfortable and she regularly checked in to make sure I wasn't in any pain. Jasmine's work was very clean and organized and she showed me her opening a new needle each time to reassure me about infection control concerns. I was surprised at how relaxing the experience and atmosphere was. The Lash Cabana is very clean and you can tell that they put a lot of effort into making the atmosphere fun, inviting, and relaxing. Jasmine gave me thorough instructions for before and after the process and my brows peeled with some dry skin as expected after the procedure and looked amazing once they were completely healed. I get so many compliments on them and it makes my make up routine so much easier and faster to not have to worry about doing my brows myself. I've had a few visits with The Lash Cabana and I've been very happy with my lashes, however the last time I visited I was very disappointed. Again, the service was great but the discussion among the girls was incredibly inappropriate. I was there for an hour for a fill-in and most of this time, the lash technicians were discussing their experiences with drugs. The girls were sharing their experiences with using recreational drugs, like ecstasy and acid. REALLY!?!?!? Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. The smell of lash glue, a hint of cleaning alcohol, and some lavender may not sound pleasant, but it's like Turkey in the oven on thanksgiving in this genre. All supplies and lashes, including tools, were stored away and sterile. Estheticians wore masks, and gloves to ensure no germs or bacteria can be spread during application. Speaking of Estheticians, they must be warm and friendly. This is someone you see twice a month and spend an hour with while your eyes are closed, comfort only comes with genuine love. Kelsey is my tech, and she is as sweet as sugar and her lashes are just as addictive. She uses gentle touch and her wide knowledge of lash and skincare to help with any issue I come across. During the hot summer months, I began to shed lashes and they were falling off like crazy, one phone call, a next day's appt, and Kelsey had my lashes better than ever with a new glue that now holds through even the toughest storms. Not to mention, but she didn't charge me either. That's right she squeezed me into her busy schedule, fixed my lashes, found a solution, for nothing. Like I said, pure love. That right there is value. Again, this is a service that needs to be maintained. Every two weeks you need a fill-in as lashes naturally grow and fall off. Price always needs to be taken accounted in something that gets repeated so often. The Lash Cabana offers all different styles of lashes at all price levels. Everyone is sure to find a set they can afford. My set is the Volume, and at $90 a fill, it's a price that can't be beaten for quality lashes. Other perks at the Lash Cabana included easy appointment scheduling with their app. They stock a variety of vegan, cruelty-free skincare products and have the knowledge to guide you to your perfect product.
