I previously went somewhere else to have my lashes done. That was a very bad idea. I didn't do my research. That stylist had no idea what she was doing. My lashes were a mess full of excess glue and going in all directions. The upper and lower lashes would stick together. It was a mess. I was driving by Lady Red Lash and decided to stop in and get their opinion of my lashes. It was evident that they weren't good. So, I booked an appointment here for a removal and new, full set. Then the lockdown occured. They actually got me in very quickly once they opened. Oh and just to reassure people, you pull up and call to let them know you're here. They have some lounge chairs out front for you to wait for them to come and get you. The shop is adorable. Lots of products but they don't push any of them on you. Masks are required and social distancing is enforced. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Originally I saw Maria for a classic set. She was awesome and did a great job. It was very obvious that she knew what she was doing and took special precautions to ensure my lashes were perfect. My lashes were a bit damaged from the previous stylist over doing it on the glue and she had cut my lashes for some crazy reason. My lashes are a bit sparse now, so although the lashes looked great, I wanted more volume. So I booked for a Hybrid set. I also got my brows waxed and shaped up. They did an amazing job at both. I came in for a lash lift. I asked if I could curl my own lashes before the session. I figured it would help the technician so she didn't have to try hard to glue the lashes down if they're already sticking straight up. She assured me that I did not need to do that and the point of the lash lift was for me not to have to curl my lashes. The lashes didn't lift. The right eye lifted slightly but not to what it is supposed to look like. Half of the left eye didn't lift at all basically. The technician let me walk out without addressing it. THE WORST!!!! Not only can you never get an appointment, but the receptionists are beyond rude! I was told I need to schedule WEEKS in advance in order to get in, so I do and what happens- my appointment somehow gets canceled and they do NOTHING buy say "sorry" and " we'll put you on a cancellation list". Ok, then what about getting charged more for going an extra week? Or the fact my lashes have been falling out like crazy after only 2 weeks and I would like a fill? I have been getting my lashes done for years and thought I would try this place since it is close to my home but I am very disappointed in not only the customer service but quality of the products. I take very good care of my lashes and have had nothing but issues with them falling out wayyy before they should. My advice- find a new place to go! read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!Just received a call to cancel FOUR lash appointments for a wedding ( mother of the groom, two bridesmaids and God mother) hours (3) before appointment. Apparently the technician was sick. I certainly can understand that and I greatly appreciate that they did not come to work sick. But what is very upsetting is that the ONLY alternative that was offered was applying strip lashes the morning (tomorrow) of the wedding. That is NOT the service that my appointments (scheduled well in advance) were scheduled for!! I cannot believe how terrible these reviews are - I have had my lashes tinted, lifted, I've been waxed, and it is the only place I will ever go for my eyebrows. It is a classy salon that is take their jobs very seriously. There are a plethora of high quality products. One girl did the high pressure sale for some pyramid type scam during the entire appointment, another time the lashes fell out in the first couple hours. The receptionist is condescending and short with you. She also talks about staff members with other staff while at the desk. Highly unprofessional! They seem to think they are the only lash studio around and you don't have options to go elsewhere. read more

Not Happy!! The girl that usually did my lashes Bree awesome she's no longer there made an appointment with someone else the day of that appointment They called and cancelled, then they give me someone else (Alleah) who gets glue in my eye and ends up removing all the lashes off my one eye (because it was caked with glue) and then tells me that I should take all the lashes off my other eye and start over. What! To top it all off she has me leave with one eye no lashes one eye full lashes. So disappointed! read more

I went to do my eyelashes and I explained to the girl that I have a very sensitive skin and I asked her if she have a glue allergy free or for a sensitive skin, she said that she have (she seemed to have no idea of what I was talking about). Then my eyes still get irritate, itchy but this is fine I went to the doctor and got medication (maxidex eye drops) to my eyes don't get worse, but it's not only this, if I could give zero star I would because I pay for a service that I didn't get, I paid $200 for a very little quantity of eyelashes, I asked the girl to show me some pictures so I have same idea of what I wanted to do, (she didn't have any picture of her job) and showed me a drawing pictures of eyelashes then I choose the middle one (no so dramatic) but still a lot of lashes, I can count how much lashes I have in each eye, I pay too much for so littler lashes, in their web site the eyelashes cost $149 for that much lashes that I got I don't even think that it worth more the fifty of dollars, I showed my friends and to the others professionals and they told me that the amount of lashes that I have is normally for someone that needs a refill and not for someone that just have their eyelashes done. I sent text messagens complaining about the poor job that they did on my eyelash I sent pictures, but they never call me or text me back. read more

I normally do not write reviews, but I had to for this place. The lash lounge is the best place ever!! I will not get my lashes done anywhere else. They do an outstanding job! I have been going here for a long time, and have tried other places in the past. Honestly, the other places cannot even compare! I have gone to Lensey and Vanesia which are the absolute best. They are extremely skilled and professional. It's really hard to find someone who is good and honest and truly skilled. They are it!! I go to Vanesia and have been for quite some time. I would not recommend this lash lounge whatsoever. I came here in the summer for a fill after not being able to get an appointment with my NovaLash technician of nearly 2 years. The secretary called two hours before my appointment and asked if I could be there in ten minutes, because it was slow that day. (This should have been my first red flag.) When I arrived, the technician insisted I start over with a full set. She did, however, offer the full set at a reduced price (which I later discovered was actually more expensive than the price they advertised for that date on Facebook). I was surprised at how quick the application was for a full set (I have thick natural lashes and it only took her an hour and a half), but hoped that this new technician was simply more efficient than my previous one. After applied, I noticed my new extensions were considerably less full and shorter than any eyelash extensions I had seen in person or in photos, but she pushed that these were more "natural" looking and superior. Unfortunately, these "natural" looking extensions looked little more defined than the look I have when I use lightweight mascara without extensions. Within four or five days of application, I noticed quite a bit of lashes were falling out, but gave it a few more days to see if it was just a fluke. By day ten, I was left with maybe three extensions on both eyes combined. I called to speak to the manager to get this resolved, and she offered for me to come in so she could "take a look." She clearly saw they had all fallen out, and that my natural lashes were in good condition without allergies. However, she was still unwilling to help me, as she said their policy states you must contact them before that amount of time for resolution. I'm sorry, but I didn't expect to suddenly lose ALL of the lashes in those few days in between when they first started falling out. That clearly shows faulty product and/or application, and is completely unacceptable. She offered no apology, but suggested another full set without any discount. She wasn't empathetic in the slightest, and didn't seem the least bit concerned about the quality of her product or service. It's a shame, as I wanted to like the studio, particularly as it is local, clean, and well decorated. Because of her lack of customer service, she lost a paying client that would have come consistently and regularly. I stopped with extensions after this experience, as I'm a little afraid of spending so much and having such terrible results from an unskilled technician like I had here. read more
