I just left this place, and I am extremely disappointed, especially because I arranged this visit as a birthday treat. Here's my experience: I booked the $140 package, which included a Nano consultation. I specifically chose this place for their birthday promotion--a free blowout if you came on your birthday. However, things went wrong from the start. The service itself was not bad, but they completely skipped the Nano consultation at the beginning. When I brought it up after the service had started, the tech quickly turned on the machine, showed me my scalp for a moment, and moved on to dry my hair, no analysis or personalized recommendations were provided. When it came time for my birthday blowout, things got even worse. The tech didn't know about it, so she fetched the front desk staff. The front desk lady acknowledged the promotion but said she couldn't do the blowout because she was about to clock out in 5 minutes. She handed the task to the tech, who admitted she didn't know how to do it. The front desk lady then gave a rushed demo with a Dyson and left. I was left trying to do my own hair. Other techs came by, but they said they couldn't help because they were busy with appointments. Even a manager from a neighboring store came over, apologized, and offered me 20% off my next service--but that didn't fix my ruined birthday experience. This service was far below the standard of similar services I've had elsewhere. I had the same treatment done in Thailand, and this was nothing compared to that. No one ensured the birthday blowout was honored, and the lack of organization was glaring. The phone was ringing, no one was at the front desk, and I ended up doing my own hair before leaving--without anyone noticing or resolving the issue. This was supposed to be a special treat, but instead, it was a very bad experience on my birthday. I regret not going to a more reputable salon like Modern Halo in Houston and cannot recommend this place. Also, I was so excited to do a Reel for them with my experience on my birthday, even took lots of videos. What an experience! Five stars, I wish I could leave more. I have been waiting months for this to open because I've wanted to try hair therapy for quite sometime, so I am so happy this spa exists now so close to home! Everyone that works there is lovely, absolutely everyone. Once you are checked in, they take you to a private dressing room and you have a towel that snaps, a robe and slippers. There is a gold basket to keep your clothes, undergarments, purse, etc. once dressed, they escort you to your station. I received the Aloe Treatment but I had also said I want it all! LOL! So, I also received a facial. From beginning to end is so a relaxing experience. I was so relaxed that I can't even remember what order to remember. There's a dry treatment where she will comb through your hair. Then, I believe that's when she applied the mask to my face with a cloth underneath. I had some sort of clay mask with a hot eye mask that connected behind the ears (love that!) . There were scalp massages, hair masks, rinsing. There was so much! Oh my goodness, my hair was so happy! At one point she gave me a shoulder/neck massage. Then my arms, hands, legs and feet. Applied lotion. At some point the mask was removed and a second one was placed after she did some eye ice globes (maybe after lol) and there was also a cold eye mask and I believe that was when I was getting the leg and foot massage. Afterwords, you're sat up and get a short back massage, some final pressure on the head and then taken back to get your hair dried. Afterwards you change, go up front to pay (don't forget to tip :)) and they provide you with hot tea. I feel like jello. Just visiting in this area to attend a concert and needed some TLC. This place was near my stay so I booked for a Scalp treatment and lash extensions. I was promptly greeted by Lori who walked me thru the prep for the scalp treatment. I was feeling pampered from the start! She is amazing! I was in heaven! Do you need some TLC? Stress relief? It's worth every penny!! My lashes were done by Mary and I love her work! She was so patient with her process, she did not rush through this and I appreciate this so much! I have zero complaints! Went today as a first time customer for the ultimate detox head massage. It was absolutely amazing and so worth it. I've been wanting to try this for a while now and so glad I found one close to home. Highly recommend trying it out. There are a couple different options but loved the ultimate detox. The experience was nice and my lash lift looked great when I left but she over processed them so they just kept curling and curling and curling and half of them fell out and it hurts to even touch my lashes and they look a complete mess. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I am now stuck with rlly bad looking lashes until they grow out and ppl ask my why my lashes look like that bc it actually looks so bad and it's embarrassing. Very low class and unsanitary. They literally use Pantene and Suave as their hair products for shampoo therapy and I shudder to know what kind of cheap unlabeled products they slathered on my face. They use cheap equipment that recirculates dirty water for the fountain and they splash the same dirty water from the basin on your face and head. The massage part was fine, but I literally had to go home to shower when the service was complete because I wanted the cheap crap off my hair and face. It is VERY obvious that the staff is untrained (likely not even licensed) in any hair or scalp services since they had no clue how to detangle, apply product, or operate a blow dryer and brush. STAY AWAY if you care about the health and integrity of your hair and scalp! The only reason they have any 5 star reviews on Google or Yelp is because they offer 20% off if you give them a good review on the spot. read more

I was really looking forward to this, and I was incredibly disappointed. We were asked to fill out extensive paperwork before our appointment about our preferences. Things like, what scents I prefer, would I like my hair blow dried all the way or partially, would I like my face washed, are there any areas of my body I would not like massaged. Every single preference that I put on that paperwork was not followed. I went with a group of a few other girls and they had the exact same experience. When I checked out, the receptionist asked about my experience and I told her that my preferences were not followed. She apologized profusely, but seemed very frustrated herself.
