They did not match and also the color was off. They were not identical. I followed all instructions given and my eyebrows did not look like I thought they would. I was suppose to be given a cream to apply on eyebrows but she was "out" and told me to apply Neosporin with on paper clearly says not to apply that!! Also I tried to get in contact with them via email got no response finally got a hold of her "assistant" I asked for a refund or to have my eyebrows fixed because of how ridiculous they came out only for her to say "I need to talk to Mireya see what she says, and also you need a touch up maybe we can give you a discount" I was aware that I needed a touch up but why would I pay more money after I had already paid $280 for something that was ugly and did not like.
