I've gone there several times now and there is one girl that did my pedicure that said she couldn't understand me because she doesn't speak English. OK, I understand that. So, I got one of the guys that does speak English to translate to her for me. The next time I was there getting my nails done she was doing a pedicure on someone and she and her customer were having a normal conversation and she spoke English well enough to carry on a lengthy conversation with that customer. So why was she acting like she couldn't speak English when I asked her a question? I don't like the games people play and I will never use her again. The reason I was trying to talk to her was to tell her she was hurting me because jerking my foot away from her wasn't a clear enough clue. Sorry, but acting like you don't speak English in front of some customers won't cut it when you know they are pretty regular customers. How rude! She is the one that sits next to the last stations of the nail area, on the left when you walk in the front door. I don't know why anyone would do that at a business. I guarantee they are losing customers over that. I'm sure I'm not the only one she does that to. I've used several other nail techs, but if I do go back, I will never use her again. I went to Annie's for years and last year her son and daughter in law were extremely rude to me and I've never been back.

I haven't gotten my nails done in ages and decided to give Annie's a chance. I made an appointment online and while I still had to wait a little while once I got there, it wasn't bad at all considering how busy they were. Chloe did an AMAZING job and I am so happy with my nails. She checked in after almost every step to make sure I was satisfied with them, and not once did I have to ask to change a thing. John did my nails. Took 2 hours, it seemed like he was really focusing on doing a good job. Love the way they turned out but the diamonds on my left hand are crooked. Paid $80 so I feel like they should have been placed right, but I didn't really notice until I had left. Great job other than that. I also got my eyebrows waxed and the shape is really good, the lady took her time. She missed a hair but that's just me being picky love the job she did. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. If you want to be treated like absolute garbage go to Heidi. The lady practically threw the colors at me. Got visibly angry over me asking if they had a red orange color. So inconvenienced. Literally was filing so hard it was hurting me multiple times. Wouldn't let me choose the length of my own nails, I wanted them shorter and she told me no. I thought about walking out multiple times. I will say my time prior here was wonderful his name was Tommy and he was amazing. read more

This is the finished product to my manicure. She cut me three times. One on the left and two on the right. She didn't even use lotion or oil on my nails. You can see the scratches from the filing on my nails. They used to be good, but not anymore. They have a timer they use when they start their pedicure and when the timer goes off they start rushing and making mistakes. read more

I found this place by accident, and I'm so happy I did! My nails were destroyed after getting them done a few weeks ago at the Midland mall. When I walked into Annie's, I was greeted promptly with a smile. The lady that greeted me took a look at my nails and recommended dip powder, because it's not damaging to the nails. The tech started on my nails immediately and they are beautiful! She had such a gentle touch with the drill, and carefully kept my dipped nails from becoming too thick, and included a hand and forearm massage. Everyone here was genuinely nice, the shop is clean, my nails are beautiful. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Worst experience of my life. you don't get at all what you pay for. didn't take there time at all. uses cheap and crusty polish. Cut a big gap on the side of my toe nail. shellac was uneven and on my cuticles and after my feet and heels didn't feel any different texture wise because they didn't even try to scrub the dead skin off my feet. won't ever go back read more

Came here with my new found friend to treat her to some nails, hers turned out GREAT...AND she got a full forearm massage(which i also noticed everyone else getting as well, with getting nails done) I had previously flown back to Laguna Beach where I'm from to visit my regular nail babes, and i have came back 2 weeks later needing a fill. I'm assuming the owner asked me what I wanted and i told her a trim, fill and polish change..she kept saying no you get this...needless to say i went to sit down with my designated nail tech and had to explain to him everything and he even commented on how I "get confused" with certain things. I didn't get gel or powder because i wanted to get a fill and restart with the dip nails. Dude does my nails and was nice enough to walk me back to the drying station( WHEN i realized i didn't get the massage that was included)to where he plugged it in, but didn't turn it on, so i sat there for 10 minutes wondering why my nails were still wet...then i turned a switch on that was actually the drying and sealing part‍! I finally dried my nails... my gf's tab was 35 for her shellac AND FOREARM MASSAGE that looked awesome, mine was 30 for a fill and nail polish AND NO FOREARM MASSAGE? They do an okay basic dipped nail. Pedicures are not very good at all. The pedicure tech was rude and hard to understand. Maybe my experience would have been better with a different tech. Nails were dipped well and not too thick. I wanted glitter at the top and the tech could not do it. I was disappointed. read more

I chose this place because the rating showed 5 stars. I was sorely mistaken. My first mistake I suppose, was requesting the basic pedicure. Apparently that's a sin in salons and anything beyond a smile costs "$7 dollars more". I also wanted gel nail polish, which made it a total of 45 for my pedi. This is generally what I have paid for pedis in the past and they included a leg massage, foot massage and hot towel on your calves. None of that was done here. I barely got a leg massage and no sort of callous removal. Then, while the guy was putting on the polish, he somehow broke my middle toenail, and then proceeded to paint over it. When I saw it, I thought it that he missed a spot, but he informed me that it was broken. Ummm, sir? Can you fix my toenail that you broke please? At the end, I asked him to just file it down, but he somehow didn't understand' me and tried to fix it was acrylic, which would have likely been "$15 dollars more". Trying to explain to him that he could just file it became an ordeal and it was a situation where everyone was just staring. No one else had a problem with their pedi, hot towels and all. I guess the trick is to pick off the menu because I'm pretty sure the basic is on there, along with the hot towel. read more
