    From the moment I met Rachel Monaco "Landlord / property owner" she's extremely unprofessional and…read moredon't know anything about running a commercial property. I was set to move in on the first of the month and got the run around from her and didn't move in till mid month. She was to have a sink installed and have warm water running by the time I moved in, and it was not done. Anytime I texted her to get status of the sink installation she'd text back about something that has nothing to do with it and was rude about it. When she set an appointment with you to meet with you, expect her to be late, no show, and not even a phone call or text, she has a million excuses for everything. She does not provide lease agreement, and rent receipts. Landlord and her minions will go into your suite without informing you first. After I gave her my 30 day notice, she showed my suite to potential renters and I was unaware, I found out the day I was moving out and she texted me to inquire about my furniture for herself and her potential renters...WOW!!! It was extremely stressful, unpleasant, and unprofessional from the start and it shouldn't have to be. Today marks 30 days since I've moved out and still waiting for my deposit from her. I moved out 3/28/2020 and texted her my address on the 10th of April and told her I'll be waiting on my deposit, no response. I texted her again on 4/24/2020, informed her that it is now the end of the month and have not received my deposit, she responded...it's in the mail and will text me the check number once she gets to the office" I never received that text with check number neither and it's been a week today and still have not received my deposit. I never once paid rent late or gave her any issues, even gave her a 60 day notice. I do not recommend this property especially if you have to deal with such incompetent, unpleasant, and unprofessionalism...it's too stressful and she caused me a lot of anxiety. I'm still waiting on my deposit...I will come update this review once I receive my deposit. Today is Monday 5/4/2020...Well, I received only $400 deposit "it's supposed to be $650" after I sent her a "Demand for payment" letter over the weekend and she left me a voicemail claiming she mailed it and not she's sure what happened...she's so shady and dishonest and I just can't believe anything she say. I mailed a test envelope to myself from work on Friday 5/1/2020 to my home address and I received my test envelope today 5/4/2020. That just goes to show that she never mailed out my deposit like she claimed she did...Saturday 5/2/2020 we were to meet at her other office on Shaw & Palm at 12:30pm, as soon as I arrived she texted and said she won't make it till 1pm, I responded that I'm going to run an errand and come back at 1pm to meet with her...12:58pm she texted me yet again that she would appreciate it if I can meet her Herndon & Cedar...less than a minute later she texted again and said "you've been so patient with me, we can meet on Blackstone and Herndon...I texted her "in that case just meet me at Sprouts"... this lady is just so complicated and all over the place, and SHADY. Do not rent any of her properties, I'm just dumbfounded as to how she interacts with tenants...poor people skills, extremely unprofessional, and rude. The pictures of the suite are pictures I took after I moved all my furniture out and cleaned it. Rachel Monaco "landlord" charged me $150 cleaning fee and $100 for disinfectant fee due to Covid-19. It is illegal for her to charge those fees. The suite is only 240sq ft, it does not cost $150 to clean and $100 to disinfect a 240sq ft room, I don't believe it and I was in that suite 1yr only but was rarely there. I left the suite cleaner than when I moved in. I asked for a walk through right after I moved out and she stated that was not necessary. She was to text me today 5/4/2020 pictures of receipts by 1pm today... guess what?! I've yet to receive it. I texted her at 2pm and have not received a response yet. This is the kind of hell you go through dealing with this lady. Stay away and save yourself a headache dealing with this property owner and her people.

    I'm a Barber and have been at Fairmont for over two years now. Rachel (the owner) always checks in…read morewith me and takes care of issues in a timely manner. (Sometimes herself). They keep the facility clean and the keep up with all the maintenance. And always provide me with any receipt docs I need. My clients also love coming there. It's quiet, professional, and secluded. couldn't be happier.
