(What am I going to do with the $22 of quarters I had been saving for this laundromat experience?) Dryers are in ample supply - also take large loads and credit cards. I was working on my computer at the only table in the place, and a child took my SD card out of my computer and put it into the vending machine within 3 feet of me and the 30-seconds it took to take my pillows to the dryer. It took almost 2 hours searching for it. The parent was not watching the kids the entire time they were there prior to the incident, but were very helpful and apologetic in helping me look for my card. The attendant was also very helpful in talking with the owner (who wasn't on site) to watch the cameras to see who took my things. The place is insanely busy, and most kids tend to be playing around the place and doors. Don't expect to come here and get additional work done while doing your laundry.

The only complaint I have about the place is that one of the attendants likes to smoke which is fine but it seems like she does it out the back door or something and the whole place stinks of cigarette smoke when she does this. When I'm washing my clothes I don't want them coming out of there stinking of smoke. My advice would be to smoke with the door closed or smoke elsewhere so it doesn't come into the building. Other than that though I would pick this place over pretty much every other in the Big Rapids area.

Cost of loads depends on what kind of wash you want to run and they have plenty of washers and dryers and even bigger sized detergents and fabric softeners available at the attached hardware store. Wifi isn't free, but it is available for $2 from the hardware store as well. They also have change machines and ATM's on site. We were pleased to find one so close to our rental and so well kept.
