I couldn't believe the price to wash a load of clothes was at least $9 if you choose cold water. Hot water was $10 per load. No wonder people were using the large washers and putting all of their laundry in one load. I placed a comforter in the machine and started it then left to grab some lunch. When I came back the machine I used had the door wide open and my comforter was nowhere to be found. So, I spent over $10 to wash and left with nothing. I hope the person who took it had a need for it. What a sad experience. read more

One star only because I can't leave zero. This place is a greedy joke ! They did a big "upgrade" a few months back, replaced the older, frequently out of order machines.... with shiny, VERY OVERPRICED machines, that are VERY frequently out of order. Specifically, the "cheaper" dryers on the right side of the place are NEVER all working. So, instead of maybe $2.75 at the most to dry a load, there are huge dryers on the left side you can use... for TEN DOLLARS A LOAD ! Mysteriously, THESE are always in *great* shape. The place is dingy, the bathroom is trashed and barely usuable, yes, there are roaches, as another reviewer noted. When I went by today, there were at least 6 of the "cheap" dryers out of order, 3 of the big ones on the back wall were "out of order", all the $10 ones on the left were just fine. Place is an absolute money grab to fleece desperate people with no options. read more

We just moved to the area do not have water plum to our washing machine yet. So we decided to try out the laundromat in Hartselle. This laundromat has machines that are quite expensive but the price is normal in the area. The downside is some type of programming was done to reduce the rent cycle so you're closed all come out sopping wet this in turn of course increases the amount of drying that you must do and the cost of the overall wash cycle. Then once we got to the dryers, there was nothing but problems also out of nine dryers we had to feed them for over 30 minutes each and are close still won't dry. We had one gentleman have one of the bigger dryers open up and let us use it and it did an okay job. It seems as though it's not allowing the heat to come up the same as the bigger ones even though they say they all go to 170°. I believe that to be a full food and it does not occur. This was the first time I had to spend $50 in one session to wash clothes for me and my wife you would think with that pricing I had a full house children and grandparents but no just the two of us. On top of it all the machines only take quarters so I had to sit there and plug all those quarters in over and over and over again. And the dryers rip you off by costing $1 for 4 minutes and then an additional 5 minutes for every quarter you put in there after what?!? That is literally a theft these owners should be ashamed of themselves I will never go here again I highly suggest neither do you. read more

Looks nice enough from the outside and when you walk in... then you see COCKROACHES crawling around on the washers. That's disgusting. Definitely wouldn't return. read more
