It is not a reliable place, a family member had a problem with the address and they left a package in that place and the manager receives it, an employee gives us this information and adds that to deliver it she had to be there. informs the young man who attended us and when we returned to the lady she refuses to deliver the package to us although her name appears in the delivery and we check that it was our package, the lady was very rude and not very polite read more

I wish this place would update their webpage schedule because how the F--k am I supposed to know that the last laundry is at 0900 pm when on their page it says 1100pm. The only way to know this is once you go there and are told that you can not do it because the lady is already cleaning, I'm so glad I would never have to use since I'm just passing thru, so I guess I will have to wait till the morning. read more

It's the only place in the Broward county area that I go to even though it's extremely out of the way but it's worth it. They always keep it clean, it's air conditioned and inside. It has WiFi and a variety of vending machines, and televisions. They do dry cleaning. read more

This is by far the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in. The staff is amazing. Extremely nice and the owner came and asked if we wanted coffee. The machines are impeccably clean. You can tell there is some real proud ownership of this business. They have laundry supplies of you need them and an ATM. As all the others have said, one of the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. All the machines look new and are in running order. The location also has AC which is a plus for hot summer days. Rates: $2.50 for the smallest washer, $4.50 for the medium washer, and $5.75 for the largest washer. 80lb dryer is $3.00 for 40 mins, 50lb dryer is $2.00 for 40 mins and .25 for each additional 5 mins for both dryers. Nice place. Never had a negative experience until today and it was by proxy. The woman that was working the shift when I came in at 3 (Aug 19) is always friendly and helpful. She was relieved at 4. The woman hired to relieve the pleasant woman brings an attitude into the shift with her. A POLITE little girl asked her if she had some paper she could draw on. The lady gruffly said "HUH?" The little girl politely repeated herself and the EMPLOYEE gruffly replied "NO. NO PAPER" I hate to write a bad review due to something other than what this place is supposed to do as a business.... laundry.... but this employee is a representative of the establishment and she has a chip on her shoulder. Waiting on parts for my washer at home, I found this gem. The laundromat was clean, kept tidy& i was impressed with the number of washers& dryers. I haven't been to a laundromat in over 30 years so i was taken back by the prices. But I will continue to come here until my washer is fixed. They also have drop off services available (used this service too!). Overall excellent services! read more

Definitely the cleanest laundromat I have run in to around here. All the machines are new and the facility is very clean. They could use a few more places to sit while your load is running, but that's my only complaint. They have an ATM and a bill breaker in addition to the usual change machines, so you don't have to worry about lugging around $20 in quarters. A few TVs around the room so we kept an eye on the basketball games while waiting. They seem to be staffed full time, and the folks I've seen so far have all been very friendly. They also have drop-off laundry (although we haven't used it... yet). It can get pretty crowded on the weekends, but ample elbow room for the folding adventures on weekdays. They have an ice cream vending machine, but no drinks. They can sell you a bottle of water, however, and there are a few restaurants nearby to hold you over while you wait for your wash to finish. It's definitely worth the extra drive for me to come here rather than the grimy laundromat near my place. read more

After moving to the area and trying a few different laundry mats, this one, by far, ranks top in the area. They're always cleaning, there's plenty of washers and dryers and they have a bill machine to break your bills and change machines. Not only is it air conditioned, they offer WiFi and drop off service. Plus, they have so many carts, your not fighting for them like in other places! read more

This place is pricey for a wash. Not sure if i just havent been using a laundry mat in years but 3.75 for a wash? Sheesh. The wifi does not work, and the mobile paying app was not accepting the wash location number. Very frustrating. However it was useful to have a coin changer but just try to have bills on you in case the app doesnt work. read more

I don't usually like going to laundry places because they always so dirty and packed. OMG this place was so CLEAN, nice machines, tables for people to sit and wait also with stools for you to sit and fold clothes or just wait. The lady who worked there very friendly and helpful. I still love going to this laundry mat but over the last 5 weeks everything is breaking down. Broken dryers, broken change machines, vending machines are empty and or malfunctioning. I use to love doing my laundry and getting a reward for doing so but the computer for SPOT on is not even on. What's going on your loyal customer want answers but employees don't have a clue. I really Love how clean it is in the inside . I have A washer and dryer at home but currently my dryer is down until it comes to get fix . I came to dry two loads . One load dried perfectly fine . The other one did not dry my clothes at all . I was On my last $4 . Ask the lady in the front to refund the $2 And start a new dryer for me since i technically lost my $2 . She told me that i shouldve Told her it wasn't working . Then said that i need To put $2 in . I went Inside the seamstress room for assistance and was told "i have Nothing to do with the lobby ." Even asked for assistance with getting the owners number she still didn't assist . That was horrible customer service and i would Never go back or refer anyone. I have been without a dryer for over +30 days. Your company shipped the parts to the wrong city, then proceeded to blame me for the error. After proving evidence that the error was on your side the manager agreed to ship the parts back priority (1-4 days) not next day but only after receiving the parts back. This process took several weeks before you received the parts back USPS. Once the parts where received the manage advise that one of the two parts was not in stock any longer. Why this was not advise sooner? I will NEVER do business with your company every again. I will insure everyone I know to avoid doing any business with your company. read more

The place is clean, plenty of machines, new and working! Great for bedding!! HOWEVER, the lady that works here is miserable. I asked if she could swap out a $1 coin, she said "no, I can't get rid of my coins". I understood and said "ok, thank you". I drove to the BOA across the street and withdrew funds (of course the machine gave me a $20 dollar bill). When I re-arrived to the place, I had 3 minutes left on the washer load, I asked if she could break a $20 for a $10, $5, and five ones, with attitude and facial expressions she responded (mumbled and roaring of eyes) "NO. NO.. I SAIDDD" before she even continued I nicely told her that she didn't need to be rude, it was a simple yes or no answer and everything else was unnecessary. She had the nerve to ask how she was being rude, I explained and she responded "WELLL THAT'S MY TONE, THAT'S JUST ME". I said "if you're so unhappy and miserable here maybe you should consider looking for a job that doesn't. I'll just write a review and move on with my life". I put the $20 bill in the coin machine, and she said "you're taking all the quarters" I ignored her because it was easy for her to break a $20 for me, but now she's giving attitude about me inserting it in the machine. It sucks I had to write bad review based on customer service and experience given. It can be very well equipped but this lady just ruins it. I wrote the review because it's necessary for the owners to know that because of bad service and experience given by this employees attitude and miserable self, businesses do go out of business because at the end of day she represents this place. read more

This place is great expect for the woman who cleans she is extremely rude and unfriendly. The word "excuse me" instead of pushing people's things goes along way. I also understand prepping to close but the facility closes at 11 not sooner so mopping in front of the bathroom doors and then telling people she just mopped doesn't mean they can not use the restroom. read more
