What had happened was, my partner and I fell in love with an Airbnb location that did not provide a washer and dryer. So, threw a Yelp search. I found Oasis Laundry. It's a bit inconspicuous because there is no branding on the outside, it just says Laundromat. But I did see a van that said Oasis Laundry in the parking lot so I assumed this was the place. I was glad when I walked in to feel that it was cooler than the outside. It's a hot day. So they do have AC inside, but as you imagine for a laundromat, it is a lit a bit humid inside as well. One thing you'll notice right away is they have several washers of various sizes. You could get a large washer medium, or small. They all cost various amounts with these smalls being $4.50, the medium $6.50 and the largest approximately $8.50. I used the small washing machines because I did not have a lot to wash but I needed to distribute amongst three loads. Which ran 23 minutes. What's cool is you can pay via app. They have a QR code that you can scan to download the Huebsch app. From there, you can load money onto the app to pay for your clothes. I was a bit confused about where to put the laundry detergent since I had pods versus liquid or powder. The attendant was very helpful. She came over and showed me what to do and also in what order. This place has changed greatly. Switch from owner to owner. The lady who passed away who had originally owned this establishment was so pleasant and kind hearted. It will never be the same. They go through workers and the staff are rude. You ask a question about the raggedy machines and there response is its fine it works, yeah not. LITTLE TO NO HELP. Your clothes don't get washed properly and every time I come the prices go up. I'm done with this place. The machines are stink and by the time your clothes are somewhat dry your broke. The new dryers you have to feed so many quarters to dry your clothes. DO NOT COME HERE!! MACHINES ARE STINK AND DRYERS DO NOT WORK! read more

Wasted $25 washing close and the clothes still felt dirty and had soap. They barely got damp. Not worth washing here.

Chanel, who works here, saved my clothes. I had a ton of clothes in my car that were water damaged from the hurricane and she got me setup on the app to pay (so much easier!) and told me what to do help save my clothes from the landfill. When finished, my clothes were not only saved but also smelled amazing. Super fun & funny and just overall such a wonderful experience, especially in the middle of a crisis. dryers have metal exposed ripping clothes. something is always in the dryers that causes stains and only god know what else. Staff and owner just says they aren't responsible. Place is trash. Last time I'll be here. just to add 2 loads of laundry washed and dried is like 20$. kinda pricey to be rushed. read more

Nope nope nope. So much nope that I've run out. I have an oversized quilt that doesn't fit in the washer at home so I took it here, with the intent to give it a quick wash & dry. I arrived with a pocket full of quarters, only to discover the machines run off of proprietary chip cards, which cost $3 just to buy. (This $3 is NOT loaded onto the card for use) Ok, so I shell out for the card and wash/dry time. I'd forgotten the detergent at home, so I head to the dispenser, only to discover the dispenser was sold out of -every- product. Mind you there's a paid attendant on duty, but apparently reading his book was more important than restocking and cleaning. The facility is moderately clean...ish. It is very run down, however. For example, all of the signage indicating the size of the washers have some combination of glue from old, previously-removed tape, hand-written supplementary signage (for example a note that says "This Machine Washes 3 Loads" on the sign that already says "3 loads" and "Triple Load" There's a playroom area for kids. It's pretty dang sad though. There's a quarter-fed bouncy horse like you might see in front of an old gas station, as well as some preschool-kid toys. There are some vending machines and a jukebox, as well as a pool table, and gross looking ironing machine. There are also several folding tables. Back to the vending machines: I sprung for what I thought was a bottle of soda, but despite the image showing a bottle, the machine dispensed cans. Yet another disappointment. There are a large supply of machines available, but at least 18 machines were broken. That is about 2-3 per row. read more

This location is obviously under new ownership because it has been completely revamped. New machines that take quarters, or you can download an app to pay as well. The vending machines were all full, there is a pool table, plenty of seating, and the whole place was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend. read more

Yeah It's a laundry, it's not a bar. It's not a fun place to go on your day off. Sure, I'd much rather cross the street and get my drink on at Stout, but alas I have to be an adult. I have to say if I'm going to be an adult, and do my own laundry this is the place to go. It's clean (for a laundry), it's big, it's bright and the machines work. the best part, the staff is super friendly, to the point that they will spot you a cup of detergent in a pinch. this is one of those fancy dancy places that uses the prepaid cards rather than quarters, and while you can run down the street to the Save-a-lot and get cash, you can also give the attendant your cc or debit card and they will add money to it. Heck, I even had to dig in the car for 32 cents to finish a dryer and SHE TOOK PENNIES!!! How cool is that!? All in all, if you don't have a maid, or one of those fancy washers in your hovel, check out Kerry Laundry if you have to do your own laundry, you might as well do it in a pleasant environment. read more

The laundry has been under new management for a few years now, the wash card is only $1 & you get random free washes on your card!!!! It's free to dry as long as your washing!!! It's big, it's clean, everyone is very nice, the workers are beyond helpful, the AC works great, it's not a wide open place where, you have to fight off bugs or mosquitos late at night!!!! My favorite laundry mat in the area. A variety of different machines for your load. Tons of space for folding. Free drying which is great. Easily access the washers with a credit card so there's no coin hassle. The attendants always greet you with a smile and are there to help. I love Janet. She was very sweet and helpful and her customer service skills are pristine. Will definitely be coming here more often. read more
