Their cheese curds had a mild squeak after leaving a few pieces out in room temperature for around 10-15 mins. I like how they have a variety of flavours for both their cheese curds, block cheddar and mozzarella. Looking forward to enjoying the variety of cheese I got. I really appreciate that they enforced social distancing rules and limited store capacity to 3 customers at a time. They have a separate door for entering and exiting.
