When I bought them, it was a large outlay of cash, so I asked about guarantees. Michael said I have a warranty and he would stand behind the trees for one year. We had a hot dry summer last year, but the trees didn't all die at once from that. They literlaly died in order from left to right in the row over a period of the first 6 months they were here. I'm no expert, but that makes me think one was infected with something (fungus, parasite, bug) and it spread down the row. Regardless, the owner reneged on his warranty offer and I am out $3k for the trees. I called him multiple times as soon as I noticed a problem. He never came out to talk to me or see the problem. Each time I called, he would say "I need to come take a look at it" and promised to call me back. I never got calls back and now he won't take my calls at all. This guy is NOT a man of his word and does NOT stand behind his work. BEWARE!!

I talked to the owner over a month ago and he assured me that they would come out and replace the dead plant and they have reneged on that promise. Their work is not bad but the attitudes and lack of honoring their warranty is enough for me to never spend another nickel with them. The owner likes to raise his voice and tell you how wrong and unreasonable you are but isn't willing to man up and honor his warranty. Do yourself a favor and just just get a quote from them to see how much higher they are than everyone. Just make sure you don't use them unless you are ok doing business with companies that don't honor their warranty.
