My son started at the The Learning experience in October 2024. He was struggling with sensory sensitivities and emotional regulation. I was looking for daycares and I came across TLE, when I emailed for more information, staff and the director responded almost immediately to offer an in person tour. All my questions and concerns were answered. I felt everything was transparent and the staff there were more trained for my son's needs. I was hesitant at first because my son doesn't do well with transitions. To my surprise he adapted well, during difficult days his teachers would take their time and provide a safe space for him to emotional regulate. His teachers were patient and provided information for resources and services that could assist with my son's needs. All of his teachers and directors have been openly communicating with with any changes, problems or concerns. He was struggling with hitting, throwing and impulsivity. Everyone at TLE were absolutely amazing and helped my son and I feel welcomed and accepted. He loves all his teachers and frequently will speak about them. Before going to TLE my son cried everyday going to the previous daycare and would refuse to go. Now my son is excited and happy to go to TLE. They provide a structured schedules, activities to keep the kiddos engaged and to continue to thrive. The facility is clean and food provided is well balanced. Protocols to keep the children safe are enacted and child safety and nurturing is their top priority. The love, respect and care I see from his teachers has given me the reassurance that it was the best move for my son. I will forver be grateful to TLE and appreciate all their efforts to help my son. The education provided is remarkable, my son is 4 now but he started reading before his 4th birthday. TLE staff allowed him time to adapt and come to circle time at his pace and engage more with children. He is like a different kid that is happier and thriving. I have enrolled my two year old child into The Learning Experience and I want to start by saying how pleased I am to see the positive changes that have taken place since the new owners took over. It's refreshing to witness a renewed commitment to quality childcare, and it truly reassures me that I made the right choice by selecting this daycare for my little one. One standout feature of this daycare is Mr. Jace. He brings an undeniable positivity and warmth to the classroom, and my child has already warmed up to him. It's great to see the enthusiasm he has for teaching and engaging with the children. However, I do have some concerns that I feel are worth mentioning. While Mr. Jace has a wonderful disposition, it seems apparent that he is still finding his footing as a lead teacher. There have been moments when his experience with child behavior hasn't fully shown through, and it occasionally feels like this is his first time working with kids. I feel that more training would enhance his capabilities and ensure that he is fully equipped to handle all the intricacies that come with managing a classroom full of energetic toddlers. Additionally, I'm unsure if Mr. Jace possesses the necessary education or credentials to take on the role of lead teacher, which adds to my concerns about his current level of preparedness for such an important position. Additionally, I've noticed some gaps in communication between Mr. Jace and the parents. His comments about "a lot of kids" leading to hectic situations are understandable, but as a parent $investing$ significantly in this daycare, I would like to feel more connected and assured about my child's day-to-day experience. Clear communication is key in building trust and a sense of security, and I believe it's an area that still needs improvement. Overall, my experience at The Learning Experience has been positive, and I'm hopeful that with continued improvements and perhaps some additional training for Mr. Jace, the daycare will continue to flourish. I'm excited to see where this journey takes us, and I remain optimistic about my child's growth and development here. We have been with TLE for almost three years now. At first it was ROUGH but we had to stick it out. Not everything was smooth, communication wasn't always there and there was a huge turnover with teachers unfortunately. But by the time my daughter moved up to Toddler B/C we ran into some great teachers. Ms. Dakota and Ms. Cassandra (prepper teachers) were / are absolutely amazing! I was nervous with how my daughter was going to be during drop off with new teachers again (they just moved her up from another classroom and were switching teachers again). Ms. Dakota and Ms. Cass always made her feel welcomed and loved. When she would give me a hard time, they both would help distract her that mom was leaving. Whether it was feeding or saying hi to Mr. Zepplin, comparing nail polish colors or simply taking her hand and playing with her. These two young ladies made morning drop offs effortless and communication throughout the day was ON POINT. Our family was getting pictures throughout the entire day- not just one or two but multiplee something we never used to get or as much. They helped encourage her to try new foods and even offered to share photos when she was actually eating that new food! They had her on a schedule for potty training and were so close to being successful! To this day, the ladies will see my daughter say hi or hang out with her in her new classrooms just because. I was sad when my daughter aged out of their classroom and remember popping my head into their classroom just to tell them I missed them myself. Ms. Sam and Ms. Michealah are another duo that have grown on my family and daughter. They have been great making my daughter feel right at home. They too have helped out with morning drop offs by taking her hand and sitting her down to color or play just so she wasn't sad. Ms. Michealah had been great with getting my daughter potty trained and being successful with it! Ms. Dakota, Ms. Cass, Ms. Sam, Ms. Michealah, Mr. Tyree, Ms. Colleen, Ms. Carmen and Ms. Niki are incredible with children and cannot thank them enough for all that they do. read more

Before finding TLE, I had a rough experience with another daycare that really left me hesitant about trusting another center with my child's care. After touring The Learning Experience and meeting with the director and teachers, I left feeling reassured. The staff was very welcoming and organized, which put me a bit at ease. Since enrolling, I've seen such a shift in my toddler. She's growing, learning, and even with her spicy personality, she's thriving. I believe that is a result of the people and the value of care she is surrounded by during her days at TLE. Ms. Michaelah has shown incredible care and understanding. Let me tell you about, the patience this woman has, next level! She's gentle, yet firm when needed, and always meets my child exactly where she's at. My daughter absolutely lights up at the thought of seeing her each day, and that alone says a lot. Ms. Sam brings the love and energy every single morning. She matches my daughter's energy (and energy she has, I tell you!) and gives her the kind of warm welcome that makes leaving a little easier. Those morning hugs? Everything. Miss Dakota always greets us with a smile and stays on top of communicating with me about what's going on. Our conversation always gives me peace of mind and knowing I'm not left in the dark means the world to me. Miss Leisy is such a sweetheart. She always takes the time at the end of the day to keep me posted on any changes, and she's just so genuine. She always makes sure to wrap up my little one's day with a big hug and tons of love. These young ladies have made such a huge impact in my child's life. They have played such an important role in creating a safe, supportive and joyful environment for my child. She is thriving and it's a huge relief to know that my daughter is happy, supported and simply allowed to be a kid. I am truly grateful to have found this center, and I just want to give huge thanks to each of these ladies and the center for all that they have provided for us in these last few months. Both of my children attended TLE Bethlehem from the age of one through kindergarten, and our overall experience was positive. The facility was always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, creating a safe and welcoming environment for little ones to learn and grow. The curriculum was engaging and developmentally appropriate, filled with creative activities that kept my kids excited about learning each day. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and attentive, and there was a clear emphasis on structure and early childhood education. However, one consistent challenge over the years was the turnover in both staff and leadership, with several different directors during our time there. This at times created uncertainty--but the shining and irreplaceable constants were Ms. Carmen Soto, Ms. Jesmarie, and Ms. Dakota. They truly made all the difference in our experience at TLE. They were caring, nurturing, and sincerely devoted to the children. My kids absolutely adored them and gravitated toward their warmth and calm presence. They made them feel safe, seen, and valued, and that kind of connection is something you can't put a price on. Honestly, had it not been for them, I would have strongly considered removing my children from the center. They are the heart of that place, and we will always be grateful for the impact they had on our family. If you're considering TLE Bethlehem, know that your child will likely receive a solid educational foundation--but if you're lucky enough to have any of them in your child's life, you've truly found something special. read more

Our son has been part of the TLE family since December 2023. Miss Leah has been his full-time teacher since day 1 and has loved him like he was her own son. She has watched him grow and mature and has learned so much! Miss Cass & Miss Dakotah were also integral parts of his development in the summer of 2024 to which we are so thankful! Miss Juleisy joined the class in late 2024 and is always so happy to be with all the kids and my son always has to give her a hug before we leave! During the transition of the leadership of this TLE location in 2025, Miss Carmen and Miss Jesmarie (in addition to the teachers mentioned previously) were additional integral parts of us remaining in the TLE Bethlehem Family. On days when our son's room was at capacity, these two opened their classroom with loving arms and taught him so much! Our son cannot wait for the fall when he moves up to their class full time! Finally, there is Miss Susan! We met Miss Susan in our early days at TLE and she spent time with our son 1:1 when he was sad at drop off or days he just needed a little extra love - we are excited to see her back in the room with Miss Leah and Miss Juleisy this summer. Choosing TLE - Bethlehem has been nothing but a positive experience. All of the staff are very welcoming, attentive, kind, caring and friendly (I could go on and on). The facility is very clean with many safety features in place. When my daughter started attending, she was still slightly delayed with her speech and social skills despite all available resources and early intervention. Since starting TLE, she has blossomed in so many ways and I can't thank the TLE team enough for being a part of her growth and development - you would never know now about her delays - she has since met and exceeded her milestones. My daughter loves all the fun daily activities and spirit week fun. She also loves the Bubbles and Friends app designed for the kids to learn and play with Bubbles and his friends as continuation of their structured curriculum. For parents - the team provides updates and sends pictures throughout the day via the app. I am extremely happy and comfortable knowing my daughter is safe and having fun in an amazing environment while learning each and every day. My daughter will now be going to Kindergarten in the fall and this is such a bitter-sweet time. So many have left a lasting impression especially Ms. Carmen S, Ms. JessMarie, Ms. Cass and Ms.Dakota! Both of my children have attended The Learning Experience - Bethlehem and I would highly recommend this center! The staff has always been very kind, professional, and willing to help with whatever you need. The facility is a welcoming, safe environment and I have never felt uneasy dropping my children off - I know they are in good hands. The curriculum is equal parts fun and structured learning and has been a wonderful program to help get my kids prepared for kindergarten. My son was enrolled with an IEP and had some sensory struggles, but that did not affect the quality of care one bit. His teachers worked with him and us to be sure all his needs were met and communicated to us even the slightest issues. I really appreciate the teachers and staff for going above and beyond to make sure my son always felt welcome and ensured the best quality of care. My daughter is headed to kindergarten in the fall and is already starting to read. Miss Cass, Miss Dakota, Miss Carmen, and Miss Jesmarie have made lasting impacts on my children's lives and I want to thank them and TLE for giving my kids such an amazing experience! Our family has attended TLE since March 2022. At the time, our children were 1.5 and 3.5 years old, with baby 3 on the way. Dakota and Cass have been teachers to all three of our kids. They instill a curiosity and excitement for learning. I'm so happy that all my children have known the joy of their room Nikki and Colleen helped L come out of his shell and grow in confidence. They captured little moments and celebrated his humor. Michaelah taught both J and P in their early toddler days. She taught them the routines of the classroom and fostered learning through play and creativity. Carmen and Jessmarie had a full year with L and a summer with J. All my children have loved Carmen and Jessmarie, and have fond memories of their classroom. L, particularly, thrived in their room and even last summer would return to her room when he needed a break from the energy in the big kid room. And last, but certainly not least, Miss Beverly. We've had such a wonderful experience with The Learning Experience since our son Michael started attending at just 5 months old. Over the years, he's been cared for by an incredible team--Ms. Sharela, Mr. Tyrek, Mr. Jace, and Ms. Alani--who have all shown so much kindness, patience, and dedication. We want to especially recognize Ms. Sharela, who has gone above and beyond for our family. Even after Michael transitioned out of her class, she has continued to provide updates and check in on his progress, which speaks volumes about her commitment and heart. She's always made sure we're supported and informed, and her consistency has truly meant the world to us. Ms. Sharela is a natural leader and deserves a promotion--she would thrive in a leadership role and continue to make a meaningful impact on even more families. My grandchildren's safety and happiness are so important to me and their teachers have all been so wonderful! Preschool 1B Review - Ms. Juleisy & Ms. Leah My son started in April of this year after we moved from out of state, and from day one, Ms. Juleisy made me feel completely at ease. She treats my son like her own and truly cares for him. She welcomes him every morning with a heartfelt hug and the brightest smile. Both Ms. Juleisy and Ms. Leah are so patient and understanding, especially with his picky eating habits -- they gently encourage him to try new foods and work with him during school lunch. I'm so thankful we found this classroom. It's a warm, loving space where any child would thrive. Aside from my son's teachers I would also like to say I love the fact that this Learning Experience offers after school care, 6pm-6:30pm. Jake, my grandson, has been attending TLE for 4 months now. Since he just moved to Bethlehem with his Mom , he was a bit hesitant about attending a new preschool . It started out being a scary experience at first, but first he fell in love with Bubbles the elephant and then with his teacher Miss Amanda, and now he has bloomed and is coming out of his shell .All of the instructors are capable, caring, loving, and kind. It is a warm and loving environment where the teachers are there because they love our children and love seeing them learn and grow. Miss Jailene has been an absolute blessing in our son's early education journey. From the very beginning, Miss Jailene stood out as a kind, calm, and caring who always made learning fun and engaging.
