Will never take my son back. My son had an autistic kid that sat with him. That child would bite my son, I found out after the first 3 days. when I was given my son a bath. He had bite marks on his back, and arms. The school never took care of it, so my son went back and for 2 more days because he liked it and he was making friends. Well the one teacher of his classroom who isn't even license to be a teacher or have any certification to be around children. She screamed at my son and grabbed his arm when he went to his bag to grab his water bottle. Screaming to the point where he was crying and shaking when I picked him up. So I confronted the principal of the school and the teacher. I said how are you going to scream at a 3 yr old for taking a drink when you got your yetis filled with drinks and your Starbucks drinks here on your desks. And my son can't have a sip of water. I am highly disappointed with the leniency in staffing that this facility. they have gotten themselves in a situation where staff members will quit on short notice, and they are forced to hire quickly to handle staffing crisis, but do not do their due diligence to get quality individuals. The last classroom that my child was in, both of her teachers quit her first day. This forced the facility to use floaters to fill the space and did not provide the consistency that children in the three-year-old classroom require. The kids were unruly and my child picked up language that was inappropriate because teachers failed to have cont of and monitor interactions. Her current classroom has two teachers, one of which has been extremely disrespectful to me on numerous occasions. I have brought it to the front desk several times and have not seen any meaningful results. I am pulling my child from this location. The sad part is that upon request previously I had written a good review to help out to the center. There are a few nice teachers, but my overall experience here is not positive. read more

We started bringing our baby to Chesterbrook in June 2020, and although we have been faced with restrictions due to COVID it has been very smooth sailing. It was hard in the beginning because we can't go into the school to pick up the kids, but after a few months I can tell he enjoys it, and loves his teachers. This place was recommended to me, and I would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for childcare. read more

Best program around for younger to have a school based program. For those that want their children to excel and succeed in learning.

My child has been attending this school for the last 3 years, which means we've been through 6 classrooms and 12 teachers. They have all been wonderful with my child. I've seen many kids become difficult and hit others or defy the rules and everytime the teachers have done what they needed to correct the situation. They do not touch the child or harshly discipline them. This school is the closest you can get to perfect. Some days my child has come home smelling of perfume because a teacher was cuddling her. I also always get a phone call when my child is injured like falling on the playground or bitten as a baby. Not only are the teachers amazing with a low turnover rate, but the curriculum is amazing! My daughter came home one day telling me what a chrysalis is! What 4 year old knows that?! I would recommend this school to anyone! My daughter gets upset when I pick her up at night because she has such a good time there. It's nice to know she's happy all day when I'm at work. read more

My wife and I moved down from Boston. When looking for a day care we went to a few different places but the choice was hands down Chesterbrook. Almost two years later we have no doubt it was the best choice. Our boys have learned so much and progressed very well. Plus they really care there. Based on the way they have turned out, my sister sent her daughter full time and her other son there for summer camp. We moved to Easton and did look at places closer to our house but none of them were even close. We fell the academics and the way they care for our kids makes me highly recommend the school. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this facility! The teachers are wonderful & accommodating. They have great daily routines. Turn over is LOW! They will love yoir child like their own. Tuition is a bit high but if you can afford it go for it! read more

Pros: - Very clean. - Teacher are very friendly and professional and really seem to care about your child on a personal level. I never felt nervous about leaving my daughter in their care. Cons: - VERY expensive when compared to similar childcare in the LV area. - Constant (monthly-ish) fundraiser, while not mandatory, were annoying because they never seemed to go towards anything specific (playground equipment, art supplies, etc) but into the general funds. - Extra fees during the year. Extra $65 for "Summer camp". Every year you have to re-enroll meaning, every year you need to pay a new enrollment fee, I think was around $120 but I'm not sure. For as much as I was paying each week this was very frustrating. It was a tough decision to move my daughter to a new childcare center because I was very comfortable with the teachers and the job they do. But in the end the extremely high rates and being "nickel and dimed" for little fees during the year after I am already paying so much ultimately swayed me to move on. My daughter was enrolled here from new born until 2.5 years old. read more

My children have loved attending Chesterbrook Academy for daycare and summer camp! The summer camp has daily activities to keep them entertained and my kids can't wait until it starts every year. The building is very clean and they staff is all so caring! read more

Wonderful school! Our daughter has been here since she was 3 months old and has thrived. She is happy when I drop her off and does not want to leave when I pick her up (especially when they are on the playground). The administration is wonderful and any time I have had an issue they address it immediately and take it very seriously. The school is clean and has so much for the kids to do. I never thought this will happen to my child but it did. My son attended Chesterbrook Academy in Bethlehem, PA. I am lucky that my son has only been in that school for 3 days but I could only imagine all the damages that have done in him. Below is an email that I wrote to the school after talking to the school director this morning - Ms. Wanger, If I didn't see it with my own eyes and hear it with my own ears I couldn't believe the shocking things my son Christian has been going thru at your school. I do not feel comfortable putting my kid in an environment with unprofessional staff. As I mentioned this morning, I was not aware my son was injured until I took my son to his doctor for physical check up the next day. According to our pediatrician, my son's ear was bruised and highly suspected that someone from the school pinched his ear. Again, until then no one has called or informed me the accident from your school. I had to call and find out myself. No injury notice was given to me until today, Monday Sept 9th. This is unacceptable when this happened to a helpless 2 year old who can't even communicate back. My son has been to other day care before and he was never so frighten when he goes to a place. That's when I decided to stay a little while after I dropped him off this morning. Your staff used abusive tone and grabbed my son's arm and dragged him into the back room and yelled "IF YOU DON'T WANT TO EAT YOUR BREAKFAST DON'T RUIN OURS". How could someone said that to a 2 year old child? If you do not have the patience to take care a preschool kid then how could you have the abilities to be a preschool teacher? Also, the staff lied about how Christian kicked her away and said "LEAVE ME ALONE". First of all, my son does not speak English, so I do not know how those three words could come out from his mouth. When I first checked out your school, I mentioned to you that Christian only speaks Chinese and you said you take all kind of kids, yet he still got treated unfairly and discriminated by your staff. Per our conversation, please mail my money back in full amount to the address that was provided. Also please take action about your staff. I am also planning to report this matter to Children's Protective Services department. read more
