When we first walked in we could feel great energy from everyone we encountered. My son didn't really like being dropped off and left without coming with us. After only a week he was like alright see y'all later! That was huge for us because the last school we attended he never wanted us to drop him off and leave. I had an issue with my app still showing me the old location we were at , I submitted tickets and called their help desk but it wasn't until I stopped at the front desk one afternoon and talked to Ms. Kaylee (might not be how you spell it but trust me they know who she is!). In about 5 minutes she was able to help me fix the same issue I had been reaching out for help with. So far it's been nothing but good things I highly recommend you get on their waiting list. read more

Please run! Management horrible; employees horrible. My child was assaulted and the owner claimed that they have to see if it's a "pattern" before taking action. I called the police and TLE said they were putting my son's enrollment on hold .... unless we stopped the investigation. I proceeded to speak with the district manager and they called the facility to alert the mother of the children who assaulted my child (she worked there as well). Mind you, there were three instructors in the room and they have cameras but NO ONE SAW ANYTHING. There were multiple instances in which my child was singled out and the people working there are facetious if your child alerts you. Saying things like "oh we were just telling you because we didn't want your son to run and tell you first". Why would it be an issue if my son is telling me things are happening to him PHYSICALLY with NO REPORTS!!! Anyways, everyone is nice there until they're not. My son now attends another school that he loves. read more

Avoid this place at all lost!. They are liars and will rob you blind! After discovering they took my money and neglected to have my daughter enrolled. I called numerous times and left messages to have my daughter start. They took my money (registration fee) and never call me back, then had the audacity to say I would have to pay again. The regional manager Rona and local manager Suzanne is a joke. It took 3 weeks for suzanne to call me back concerning refunding my registration fee (125). But evilness will not prevail. I was able to dispute it and thankfully I will be getting my money back! Don't waste you time at this place read more

I took my daughter here when she was 1. Her teacher was great and loved the kids. About 4-5 months after she turned 2 everything went down hill. I don't feel she was being watched as she should. She was bitten by another child on the finger, the next week she was scratched on the face. I've provided 5 days of clothing for potty accidents and didn't get half back. Earrings and hair accessories/ties have been lost. High turnover on teachers after the 2yrs old classes. Two really big things occurred that infuriated me and put the icing on the cake. I picked her up and started to undress her when I got home and her underwear were on wrong. Both legs were in one hole and her underwear were completely around her waist tightly. When I addressed the issue I got several assumptions and they contradicted themselves. When I picked her up the top of her right lip was scrapped up but they wrote the incident report that she was continually scratching herself. My daughter wouldn't do that. When I repeatedly asked my daughter what happened the same day and the day after she continued to say that she fell at the playground and hit the floor. My child acts out every boo-boo she gets so I believe her over anything. They do not takeaccountability for anything and they c just watch each other's back. I feel really uneasy now because the children are not able to protect themselves that's what the teachers are supposed to do and as parents so now she is being removed read more

My 2 kids attend their after school program and they love it. The teachers/caregivers are great! I've always felt like my kids were happy and safe here. Our oldest has special needs, is in a wheelchair, and requires assistance with many things. When I brought this up before applying, they didn't bat an eye and have accommodated her needs with graciousness and respect. It's a very clean and inviting establishment with lots of playground equipment, toys, books, homework space (and they help, too!), etc. In general, a much better experience with the office staff and director than the Goddard School down the road, who proved to be dishonest and shockingly discriminatory. Lucky for us, my spouse's employer pays for about a third of all employees child care and without that, the cost may have been a bit difficult to manage especially considering they only spend an hour or two a day there. However the convenient location and wonderful staff make up for it and I'd gladly pay full price for them to continue to attend. read more

My two boys love attending this daycare. They have attended regular daycare, VPK, and Summer program. All the teachers welcome my boys with open arms and treat them as their own. The teachers are constantly checking in to see if they can adjust anything to help with any transitions at home or in their development. The teachers and staff make sure they feel loved, supported, and taken care of. This was our second attempt at daycare when we moved to Jacksonville and this day care is a breathe of fresh air compared to the last one. I can rest easy knowing that my children are being safely looked after. Of course they have come home with some bumps and bruises but every incident has been explained and handled appropriately. My kids are rough on the playground and all kids have big emotions they are trying to learn. read more

My daughter loved the Learning Experience when she attended. My husband and I sent her to Learning Experience to let my daughter have experience being around other children her age. She loved it. Ms. Melissa is always delightful and you can tell she really cares about the children in her class. They have different programs such as Yoga, computers, and quiet time for the kiddos who do not want to take a nap. What I really loved about this school is that my daughter never got sick. They have a dynamite cleaning and hygiene regime. We pulled our daughter out so I could home school both my daughter and younger son, who was lonely without her for awhile. I will definitely be enrolling BOTH of my children here this fall due to them being older. read more

My daughter went there for a year, she had 5 different teachers. There was too much turnover and half the time she didn't come home with anything. My son had been attending TLE since April 2015, at first it was a GOOD childcare center until they fired Ms.Judy the original director who opened the center. Since Ms. Judy was fired the turnover with staff is ridiculous. The school has had 3 directors since January, I personally would not recommend TLE if stability is important to you. My child hasn't attended here, but we did do a tour and it was awesome. The front desk makes you feel as if you're already enrolled (in a comfortable kinda way). It's very clean and the rooms look very kid friendly. The outdoor area is very nice as well. The have great options for full or part-time care + they offer employee discounts (for various companies). It was between this place and another. We went with the other simply because of the conversation we had with the teachers our kid will be with. If we ever change, we'll enroll here. read more

OK at first the front desk lady Judy scared me a little bit because she is way over the top and I almost ran away but after meeting the rest of the staff my mind was put at ease. The actual staff that take care of my child are amazing, kind and loving....TOTALLY AWESOME GROUP OF LADIES....My child loves it there and is actually learning there compared to where they were attending prior to TLE. Amazingly safe center and very creative. This place's main focus is definately on the well being and nurturing and care for the children. Yes it's pricey but we can honestly say that we are getting above and beyond what we pay for here especially when it comes to their staff...Ms Kim, Ms. Amanda and Ms Kia...YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!! read more
