My issue, and it's the main reason I'm leaving the review (and the reason I moved my son to a different school) is because another kid in his class and the school gaslighting me about it. My son had mentioned a kid hitting him, which we mentioned to his teacher. When I dropped him off one morning, another mom & I watched the kid headbutt two girls, who one of which started crying. She brought it to the directors attention and her daughter ended up getting kicked out. I brought it to her attention as well, and I was told that event never happened. The child's mom works up front, so they told us both that something didn't happen that we saw happen. As well, the owner, Lisa, is extremely argumentative. She told me to get my son to class at 8:30am instead of earlier to ensure his teacher would be there, and his teacher didn't show up until after 8:30am daily. Her response was, "well I guess I should've told you 8:45". My son is so much happier in his new school, as are my husband and I.

Ms. Jen and his teachers, Miss Crystal and Miss Aven are absolutely amazing with him! He runs in and hugs everyone and cries when I pick him up in the afternoon. The other place wanted him labeled autistic and even wanted me to have him tested! I feel Imagination wants perfect children...good luck and good riddance to them! They charged quite a bit more and didn't provide food! First Steps is $50 cheaper and they provide breakfast, lunch and snack! And, they genuinely love these children! I've been to several preschools in Fleming Island and this is by far the best place ever~!!! You won't be disappointed! Tell them Monty sent you!!!

The whole place just loud and messy -- real chaotic. We ain't never seen the actual director. I think her name Amber or Ember, but she don't ever show her face. Only folks we ever seen was the assistant, Nick, and the assistant director, who always loud and runnin' around in a cape like it's a joke.
