They are very attentive, supportive, and always treat you like you are family from the moment you walk in the door and not just as a parent or guardian of an attendant. It could be your first time walking in there and they will greet you with a warm and welcoming smile. They keep you up to date with their app that tells you how often your child is changed, incidents (if any), meals, etc. The staff is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. They have a great environment that is always clean and full of fun activities for the kids and even families from time to time. They would say things like this in front of parents as soon as I would drop her off and my child went there for only 4 hours in the day because she went to preschool. When she called me to terminate my child she said she can go there to school ends on June 11th because they won't keep her all day. Mind you I work full time and school and my child is not potty train so it's nearly impossible to find care 1 a few weeks before summer. The owner ended up hanging up in my ear and passed me a note when I picked my daughter up the next day it front of her staff and said this is what we talk about. I told her she won't be going there anymore after May due to so many problems she then proceeds to tell her bus driver at her bus stop the situation and text me that I can't put her at her bus stop there literally the last weeks of school. This is the owner and manager if your child is normal and not a child this may be the place for your kid but my experience was horrible and I wanted to share so someone else would not go through what I did with mines.
