I was told that clearing the main line would resolve the kitchen sink problem as well. Before leaving, the technician only briefly tested the kitchen sink and then informed me that the sink issue would actually require approximately **$6,000** in additional work. I was asked whether I wanted to schedule that work, but I declined at that time. After they left, the kitchen sink was still completely clogged. I called the following morning to report that the original problem had not been resolved. Kyle Grissom told me that they do not warranty their drain cleaning work and stated that the only way to fix the kitchen sink was to proceed with the approximately $6,000 repair they had recommended. I found that response extremely disappointing. A customer should reasonably expect that if a company is hired to clear a clogged kitchen sink, the sink will actually be functioning when the job is complete. Instead, I paid for a service that did not resolve the original issue and was immediately directed toward a much more expensive repair. Later that week, I hired Hiller Plumbing. They successfully cleared the kitchen sink clog for less than **$500**, without performing the extensive repair Mr. Rooter insisted was necessary. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing. If you live in the greater Nashville area, I would recommend looking at other established plumbing companies that stand behind their work.

In other words, they made a business decision about my daughter and our value to them as a family. We always paid in advance so she would never have to deal with her care being transactional and they could focus on her without worrying about the money side of it. Unfortunately, we just weren't valued here. To boot, since we pay in advance they had a check in hand for this week and despite me telling them not to, deposited it. I would've highly recommended this place a year or so ago, but they are the most expensive place in town and you can probably find better quality elsewhere. While touring other daycares, LSP just stood out from the crowd as (much) cleaner, more intentional, bright, calming, and fun. It was also very competitively priced compared to other schools, which was a huge selling point for us. Quality childcare in the Nashville area is EXPENSIVE, but we actually feel like we're getting a great value with LSP. We really aligned with the Reggio-Emilia-inspired curriculum, as well. We couldn't find a Montessori school proximal to us with openings, and we feel LSP uniquely blends Montessori and Reggio-Emilia at the infant level. The lead teacher in the infant room, Ms. Shelby, is an exceptional caregiver. She is organized, communicative, kind, and really makes the effort to help parents feel at ease while away from their babies by sending lots of pictures and updates. I know our kiddo is in the best hands with her! Ms. Angelia is also an attentive and sweet presence in our little's days. The front office staff--Morgan, Maria, Katy, Willow, and Heather, are wonderful and greet my little one by name every day and seem to truly take an interest in all the students in their care.
