My decision to make a purchase at McQueen's was based solely on the fact that it was a locally owned business and not a large box chain store given that you are normally given excellent customer service with locally owned businesses. Boy was I wrong! I was actually hung up on by one of the owner's for no warranted reason and then given run around for service that was suppose to be complete 4 weeks prior. I will never deal with this business again.....off to see the Brick and Leon's!
