The ambiance of the place was very nice to me, the only locker room, I comment on is the Men's of course and it was pretty clean and nicely decorated. The showers were nice and there was even a resting area for us to relax before and after the massage. They had two Saunas in the locker room, the normal one of course and a UV light Sauna, I'm not actually sure of the benefit of the UV Sauna so I didn't use it. Now the actual massage room was quiet and nicely decorated also, the cot was comfy enough to where I was basically sleeping during the massage. The only complaint I had was, I requested a deep tissue massage and it was not hard enough at all, but I can't really complain because I left the place feeling great especially after 10 minutes in the Sauna The masseuse was pretty good and professional, just want the massage harder next time. I will go back there though! read more

The LifeCo'nun hikayesi, kurucumuzun detoksu keşfederek, bu keşifle beklemediği faydalar elde etmesi ve bu deneyimlerini herkesle paylaşmak istemesiyle başladı. Kurucumuz Ersin Pamuksüzer, hızlı adımlarla ilerlediği iş hayatında başarılı ancak bir o kadar da hızlı ve aşırı yoğun tempolu bir 20 yıl geçirdi. 50 yaşına geldiğinde hayatında ilk kez bir detoks programına katıldı. Bu programın ardından kendisini eskiye göre çok daha iyi hissettiğini fark etti. Öncelikle çok daha iyi görünüyordu. Enerjisi artmış, fazla kilolarını vermişti. Gözleri daha canlı, cildi daha parlaktı. Sindirim sistemi ve uykuları düzene girmişti. Zihni açıktı ve çok daha olumlu bir ruh haline sahip olmuştu. Bunun üzerine dünyadaki alternatif tedaviler ve bunların üzerine kurulduğu felsefe üzerine daha fazla araştırma yapmaya başladı. Vipassana meditasyonu yaptı, bir çok 'wellness' merkezini ziyaret etti, alternatif tedavinin farklı konular üzerinde çalıştı.
