Our delivery guys, Filimon and Angel, were very respectful of our house! They even asked if they should remove their shoes! They were quick, answered all our questions, and tested our new platform bed to make sure it was installed properly. They bagged and took our old mattress and were completely done and ready within 15 minutes. I was very impressed!

Not only is it the most uncomfortable mattress ever made, it is also lacking any kind of craftsmanship - has a huge lag in the center and it did this 4 months in. When I called the store to ask what I could do; the guy told me the company deals with the 10 year warranty issues and to call them so they come out and measure how deep the hole is; ridiculous. Fast forward 1 1/2. My youngest son outgrew his bed and since I had a credit card with a high limit that I had paid off quickly at Mattress Firm we had to go there; to my relief his bed is great and it was one of the cheaper ones. I was never late for a payment, I paid more than the monthly amount due and even paid off the first garbage mattress early, but these jerks closed my account for a bad hit on my credit report that had nothing to do with me or Mattress Firm. I immediately disputed the hit and the derogatory remarks have since been removed from my credit report. So much for loyalty or rewards. I would have thought that since there are more than 5 places to buy mattresses within a mile of each other on Hwy 371, they would have wanted someone who was still willing to work with them. Don't waste your time because even if you find a mattress that has some quality put into it; you'll still be waiting about a month to get the mattress and that was before the pandemic.

The way I was spoken to over the phone was absolutely demeaning and disrespectful, and this was the manager. I am not sure if this person was new or if I just never got the "pleasure" of speaking with him all these years. After months of no communication I was finally able to exchange my defective product but only for store credit, which I don't even want to step foot back in this store because he made me that uncomfortable. So I am now paying $200 a month for for really nothing.

We had them come out and put new mechanisms in them and then figured we would have to live with the fabric and cushion but THOUGHT at least they rock again! Nope made 1 worst then it was to begin with and the other one the same! Never would I buy from this store again! Also we purchased the extended warranty on them as well and still they have done nothing to try and correct the issues after the 1 time, they just threw their arms up and said hmm not sure why you are having these issues. As soon as we walked in the door, Courtney greeted us right away and asked how she could help. We knew what line we were looking for and asked if she pieces were in the store. She said that they were and walked us right over to the pieces we were interested in. She gave us information on pricing and availability. We let her know we were going to do more looking around the store, as we were in the market for rugs and artwork. She said to let her know if we needed help with anything, and she still checked on us as we looked around. She also helped us in finding chairs with custom fabric that we were interested in. We had to go home and measure and figure out how things were going to fit. We came back to see Courtney a few days later and she set up our orders for delivery! Courtney was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the items we were interested in! We are looking forward to our new furniture and highly recommend you pay a visit and see Courtney!
