We had them come out and put new mechanisms in them and then figured we would have to live with the fabric and cushion but THOUGHT at least they rock again! Nope made 1 worst then it was to begin with and the other one the same! Never would I buy from this store again! Also we purchased the extended warranty on them as well and still they have done nothing to try and correct the issues after the 1 time, they just threw their arms up and said hmm not sure why you are having these issues. As soon as we walked in the door, Courtney greeted us right away and asked how she could help. We knew what line we were looking for and asked if she pieces were in the store. She said that they were and walked us right over to the pieces we were interested in. She gave us information on pricing and availability. We let her know we were going to do more looking around the store, as we were in the market for rugs and artwork. She said to let her know if we needed help with anything, and she still checked on us as we looked around. She also helped us in finding chairs with custom fabric that we were interested in. We had to go home and measure and figure out how things were going to fit. We came back to see Courtney a few days later and she set up our orders for delivery! Courtney was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the items we were interested in! We are looking forward to our new furniture and highly recommend you pay a visit and see Courtney!

I have shopped at Slumberland for many years, my house is full of furniture from this store and I…read morehave always had a great experience until just recently. The way I was spoken to over the phone was absolutely demeaning and disrespectful, and this was the manager. I am not sure if this person was new or if I just never got the "pleasure" of speaking with him all these years. After months of no communication I was finally able to exchange my defective product but only for store credit, which I don't even want to step foot back in this store because he made me that uncomfortable. So I am now paying $200 a month for for really nothing.

I was at the target store in Baxter Minnesota today and couldn't believe what happened. I had a…read moremotor cart because I have disability problems..I got my prescriptions and wanted to shop and my battery in my cart was going dead...I asked three different associates to help me and none of them would help me so I had to keep turning it off and on to make it to the front ..when I got it to the front I told a associate it needed to be charged and he just walked away from me ...I have never been treated so poorly before in any store...very sad ..not sure if I will Ever go back and will tell everyone I know what happened to me.

Let's start off with how rude the target staff was....said "Hi" to everyone who was non-colored and when my husband and I continued walking in, no hello and smiles from greeting changed to looking away. Went a second time because what I bought didn't work, hoping that this time would be different. NOPE! Went to guest service to return my item and no hello, showed my receipt and the cashier didn't believe me that the item was in good condition, when tags were still on and never worn. I am not entitled to people saying hello to me but at least have some good customer service...Do I want to say Baxter Target is racist? Maybe? But what I do know is that BAXTER Target needs to work on customer service towards people of color. I walked away feeling diminish of myself, my own color and felt like I wasn't good enough.
