Support your local bookshop! Woman owned & Black owned! I've passed by Little Boho countless amount of times and finally decided to stop in. My sister and I received a warm welcome when we walked in so we immediately felt comfortable. It's a small yet comfortable bookshop where you're surrounded by so many different books, toys, merch, etc. It was a quick stop for me since I already knew what I wanted, but I can't wait to re-visit and spend more time diving in on what they have. I would love to bring my little cousins here too, so many adorable children's books. When it was time to purchase, of course I couldn't leave without a tote bag which is amazing quality btw! The lady took a photo of my sister and I before we left as they post on their Instagram account. Next door, there is a cafe if you want to grab something to eat/drink. I have heard so many great things about this adorable book store and i was so happy to finally pay a visit. Walking in this business theres such a positive energy. The store is so cozy!! What an amazing place. I was visiting the area all the way from Houston, Texas when we happened upon this gem. This place is indeed a book lovers haven. So many selections of reads you just want to take them all home. The selections were plenty and the prices were within reason. However the most memorable moment was meeting the store owner. Ms. Sandra was absolutely amazing, helpful, inspiring and so down to earth. I witnessed her interaction with a young patron and it was truly what this world is missing today. I love this spot so much already - and I've only visited once! Decided to stop by this local(ish) bookstore in Bayonne & I couldn't have left any happier. I've known about it through IG for a while & thought now would be perfect to support a local WOC owned shop & I can't wait to come back already. The outside is super cute, it's attached to a café if you want a bite/coffee. The store itself inside is a tight fit, there were probably no more than 6 of us customer inside at any given point but their book selection is AMAZING. Once you enter, there are literally books everywhere. The shelves are on your left/right & there are 2 rooms filled to the *brim* with books. The first room has children books, YA/NA & self help books. The second room has even more children's books, mystery, fiction, fantasy, adult too. (I'm sure I'm missing out on some more books they offer, but I feel like they have a little bit of everything. And if they don't, I'm sure they can put an order in for it!) Sandra, the owner, was as sweet as she could possibly be. Both her & the other staff member (I wasn't able to catch the gentleman's name) are knowledgeable about their inventory & are eager to help. Every review prior speaks truth about Sandra though - you leave that store as if you knew her forever and it is heartwarming and exactly what this world needs. I honestly have no complaints except that we need more Sandra's & Little Boho Bookshops! I left with 4 books & I can't wait to come back and support! What a lovely book store! Found The Little Boho Bookshop on Oprah's website and took a drive to support. This bookshop is cute cozy and filled with book, old and new titles. I found my new release along with some great overstock books that are classics and nightstand reads, they were significantly reduced ranging at $3 and up. I called in advance and went for one book but happily left with several. The owner was super sweet, cheerful and very helpful. Street parking was available and this location shares the awning with a neighboring cafe. Such a great find! read more

In the age of mass corporation, it's so special to have a local bookstore run by a hardworking individual. Every person that comes into The Little Boho Bookshop is treated with a warmth as if they have known Sandra for years. Her and her staff are beyond helpful and accommodating, happy to give book recommendations, suggestions, and will even go so far as to order books that they don't have in stock. My own nieces and nephews ask on their own to go to the bookstore, and have fostered a love for reading through our visits. I adored this lovely spot and could spend hours just browsing despite the small footprint of the store itself. I went for the children's books and the selection did not disappoint. I asked for some recommendations for my reluctant reader who was not with me. Based on what I told them he likes, I walked out with many promising choices. My younger one found her favorite authors and chose a few new selections. I left with titles to add to my "to read" list based on staff suggestions. I ordered books online from them and their book selection is great! The staff has been exceptional, especially in terms of customer service. They responded to my e-mails very promptly, and when only part of my order arrived initially, they let me know it was a delay on the publisher's end. When another part of my order arrived most recently, I e-mailed them again saying I still hadn't received everything I ordered, and the co-owner of the store called me to give me an update.
