Poor customer service only highlights questionable medical services. First off, this is my experience and your experience may be different. For your sake, I hope so. Ever show up to an appointment 10 minutes early and get a lecture about being late? That's how my experience began. Then, after collecting my information I am told they won't see me because my secondary insurance is Caresourse and I have to pay out of pocket. Okay, how much? Doesn't matter, we only take payment, no insurance for what I needed. Again, how much? We won't see you. You mean you refuse to see me? Isn't that against the law? We're private, we don't have to follow the rules. Hmmm. Can I talk to the practice manager? Sure. Person, looking very sloppy for a medical professional comes out and continues with the company line. Never seen a business that won't take money. Anyway, ask for practice manager's name, crickets. Ask for name and number of overall manager, given no name but general number. Ask for name again, get name, maybe - when I called they never heard of person- then get called asshole behind my back. I guess there's a reason corporate never heard of this person. Maybe they don't exist. Not sure I'd trust these folks to apply a bandaid if this is their idea of quality patent care. read more

They screwed up my lab work and refuse to make it right. My lab work was canceled because the Nurse Practitioner used the wrong codes. Now I'm two days sicker and all they will do is offer to do more lab work and make me wait another two days. If all you want is a strep or Covid or flu test you might be ok going here because they do those in house, but for anything more complicated do not trust your health to this place. read more

I'm a travel healthcare worker that was new to Cincy-- and did not want to fall behind on my Covid vaccine coverage. As I had a couple weeks before new contract started, i went into this clinic located inside a Kroger grocery store. Kroger has always been associated with fair pricing, I didn't think twice about getting my vaccine at The Little Clinic, even if my bridge insurance wouldn't cover it. My insurance ended up not covering it,so I was sent the bill. --$180.0---for a Covid vaccine. Now I will pay it, as I received the vaccine. I also know what they paid for that vaccine. it is a disgrace and a real disservice to the community. Price gouging at the least. please be aware. Hoping the state will look into this, as I have forwarded this info to them. Yes, buyer beware, problem is, I understand the charging for the brands they have, and know it's wrong. no matter what their response to this post is! I never leave reviews, this is a first. August 2023 of this year, Colerain Township - Do not waste your time going to any of the little clinics as they do not know what they are doing. My husband recently had a heart attack and we went in because we were both not feeling well, and we had a list of the medications he was taking. When we showed the nurse practitioner she literally said I do not even know how to pronounce these nor do I know what they are and then went and prescribed my husband two antibiotics even though he specifically said if you don't know what you are doing, or these types of medications I'm on, don't prescribe me anything. She did not listen, she just did it!! Needless to say, he didn't take anything she prescribed. We just used over-the-counter meds to get well. She tried to make it seem like we would die since we are in our 60s if we didn't take what she prescribed and it was for Covid so it was Paxlovid which neither one of us took. We were feeling better from over-the-counter in about 7 days. In October 2023 a friend went to Little Clinic in Mason, and he had a severe soar throat. The nurse practitioner said he had swollen tonsils and gave him a liquid antihistamine similar to Benadryl. She didn't ask if he had any allergies or anything and he has two allergies. He took what she recommended and when he woke up he felt worse. He called back into them and they said he'd have to come back in tomorrow because they didn't have time to recheck him the day of his visit. He ended up going to Urgent Care who diagnosed him properly and provided him with 2 antibiotics since he had a virus. ******** This tells me that all Little Clinics operate the same. It's not cheap for a visit either and they are not doing their jobs. !!!! STAY AWAY FROM LITTLE CLINIC - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!! GO TO URGENT CARE, the ER, or do Telehealth as they do a much better job and seem to care more about the patient. !!!! read more

My husband called this location (Oakley Kroger) at 6:00 pm today to see if they were open so our son could be seen. He drives all the way there only to be told they are closed after someone said they were still open and taking walk-ins! I'm super pissed off as a mom of a sick child that you wasted my husbands time and have delayed care now for my son! You people should be ashamed of yourselves! We called first! read more

I'd seen The Little Clinic locations in every Kroger for some time, but until today, I'd never been to one... Then just recently, I felt I was starting to get an ear infection, and I knew one was near my work. Seriously, literally right across the street! So I decided to go for help with my predicament. Making an appointment was very easy on their web site so I made mine there. When I got there, 20 minutes before my appointment, I only waited 10 minutes to be seen. I filled out a brief questionnaire, and though I don't have insurance, I only paid $89 to be seen. The staff were all very friendly and helped my out greatly. Luckily, they deduced that I did NOT have an ear infection, just excess fluid in my ear from just getting over a bad cold. They even printed out lots of info and advice for me to take with me which I liked. Let's face it, no one likes going to see the doctor, but this experience was pretty painless overall. I could see going here again in the future... But hopefully not too soon, if you know what I mean. read more

Although my experience with the clinic was short and brief it was a good one. I went for a biometric screening that was offered for free from my employer. I didn't make an appointment because I decided to go right after work. When I checked in it said That the walk in time was over an hour, but in actuality I only waited 10 minutes. The nurse there had my biometric screening down with my results done in about 15. I was with a friend who was there with an appointment and she was also done really fast. They were also offering flu shots as well that were available to us right then and there. I don't know about anything else but the screenings are worth it to come here. read more

We had to get a rapid COVID test for my child because she had been exposed to COVID and we were about to get on a flight. The LIttle Clinic had an appointment and I was lucky enough to get Nurse Jessica who was so so great and a Doctor who looked not much older than my kid. Do not to go the Little Clinic in Oakley- it will be a complete and thorough waste of your time, money and energy. I am 35 weeks pregnant with a severe cold: temperature over 100, dry, painful and violent uncontrolled coughing, exhaustion, night sweats, sleeplessness, runny nose, etc. My OB suggested I go to a Little Clinic with my approved list of antibiotics to get a prescription quickly. Arlinda Stephen-Harris, the nurse on duty, refused to prescribe anything claiming my symptoms were allergy-related. Recommending I buy Claritin and using Google while I sat there to see if it was approved for pregnant people. I went to see a professional so she could look up my symptoms on Google? Additionally, at 41 years of age and having lived in Cincinnati my entire life, I am sure I know the difference between allergies and the violent cold I am experiencing. When I explained to Arlinda I was there specifically to get an antibiotic prescribed she proceeded to insult my doctor asking if he was "old" implying that she somehow knew better than an MD what my symptoms were related to. She did nothing to diagnose me except look in my ear, throat and listen to my breathing. Arlinda ran no tests, did not listen to my violent coughing and ignored me entirely as I explained the length of time and high range of pain I was experiencing related to my cold. Her comment was "you look OK" so I am sure this is not a cold but just allergies. Assuming because I looked OK to a complete stranger I must not be really sick is absurd. My symptoms clearly dictate otherwise. It has now been 2 more days and my symptoms have continued to worsen. I haven't slept well in over 24 hours because of the violent and continuous coughing, my fever continues and now it is a weekend. I am going to have to spend more time and money spreading my germs at an urgent care facility thanks to Arlinda and the ridiculousness of the diagnosis. I will NEVER waste my time or money with an organization who is unable to provide the services they claim to. This Little Clinic and Arlinda Stephens-Harris is not helpful when an individual is ill. They are simply uneducated and costly. read more

I have been to The Little Clinic four times now-- always because I could not get into my primary care doctor soon enough. Each time I have been misdiagnosed and given the wrong prescription, and ultimately ended up seeing my doctor 1-2 weeks later. With that being said, I have been battling an upper respiratory infection for a month now. My first round of antibiotics helped, but did not clear up the infection. When I started to feel worse, my primary care doctor was out of town. So because The Little Clinic is more cost effective with my insurance plan then Urgent Care , I went to the Marburg Avenue branch hoping to get an extension of my antibiotic. I have never been treated so rudely by a healthcare provider, and I work in this industry. The APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) DID NOT listen to me when I explained my current symptoms and that I had been sick for a month, and that my first round of antibiotics were not effective. She did not make eye contact, spoke to me condescendingly, did not acknowledge any of my symptoms, and treated me like I was there asking for narcotics instead of an antibiotic. She told me to take over the counter medications to treat my symptoms and that I did not have an upper respiratory infection. (Even though I had been diagnosed by my doctor with one 3 weeks earlier). I will be following up with my doctor next week when he returns from vacation and I will NEVER waste my time or money with an organization who is unable to provide the services they claim to. This organization is not helpful when an individual is ill. They are only costly. read more

First trip to a "Little Clinic". My daughter had a severe sore throat. Went to Hyde Park first, they couldn't take me at 4 because they closed at 5 and had too many patients waiting. So happy they didn't because the staff at Oakley were extremely professional, thorough and pleasant. Waiting room and exam room were pristine. Pharmacy staff were also wonderful. read more
