When your sick, you are SICK!!! So, rude people at the check in counter doesn't help the situation. I realize their jobs are stressful dealing with sick, cranky, inpatient customers...but come on now!!! I literally drove the 35 miles to Frankfort area because the clinics in Louisville and Shelbyville had 4hr or longer wait times...but this lady was very rude. The wait time here was only an hour, and there was about 5 patients there,but I wanted to ask her "What's your problem"..it wasn't just me she was rude too, it was everyone. At last, I was seen,prescription called in to Wallyworld and flu test that made me scream like a big ole baby..but negative for FLU...THANK YOU FLU SHOT IN OCTOBER!!! read more

I called today to see if they were taking walk ins to get a covid vaccine; the lady replies oh yes and appeared to sound very excited that I was inquiring about getting vaccinated. Within 2 hrs we drive over to get the vaccine and was told very rudely they prefer that we make an appointment on line due to the fact they only have 1 pharmacist, (why was this not mentioned over the phone before we drove there to get the vaccine?) So ok I go on line to make the appointment only to find out that they are not taking any appointments. I feel the staff was very rude and acted like they could care less if I were vaccinated or not. Checked in online, submitted my insurance. Drove 30 mins to clinic and waited an additional 30 mins past my appointment for them to tell me they don't take my insurance and that it would be fraud to use it.. I pay 500 a month for insurance. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Don't waste your time since they don't take time to make sure you can be seen. read more

My experience here was amazing. I had a pain in my hip and decided to come here before going to a specialist because of my work schedule. The Nurse Practitioner, Jane was able to diagnose what was wrong with my hip and directed me to a chiropractor! Nurse Practitioners Jane & Lana are exceptional! Their wonderful personalities and skill sets are absolutley amazing! They are excellent at what they do and provide thorough care. These two ladies are THE only people that have done my and my son's flu shots for the past several years, and I plan on keeping it that way. So, I woke up Saturday feeling poorly. I went to the Little Clinic and was seen by a lady. She diagnosed me with a double ear infection and an upper respiratory infection and prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid and an inhaler and another medication for an unrelated issue. The pharmacy got the antibiotic and the steriod, but never got the prescription for the inhaler or the additional medication. Not good, but we all make mistakes. I called up today,, and the lady just couldn't be bothered. Not only would she not get my meds sent, she told me the only way she would be willing is if i took off work, drove accross town ... paid another co-pay and let them bill my insurance co again.... I was from out of town for business and went to the Little Clinic through the recommendation of a friend who bragged about the APRN Jane. Well she was right. I arrived after 1:00 and the staff had not been to lunch but they still saw me. The registration process was simple and fast. The room was spotless! I have used the Little Clinic Brighton Park a couple of times and think the clinic is great! My experience with all of the employees has been positive. I have seen Jane on my visits and love her! I have been a patient as a walk in and with an appointment. I have never had to wait long. And if there is ever any wait, the staff is always apologetic. I highly recommend this clinic! read more

I've been to the little clinic three times, twice with an appointment and once as a walk in. Each time, the staff were professional, friendly and quick (in and out in 30 minutes or less). I love the convenient location, and how easy it is to make an appointment online. Plus Jane not only treats the condition but provides advice on how to prevent issues in the future and cares about her patients. I'll continue visiting the little clinic. read more

I do not know who to contact to place a complaint, but, I had a terrible experience at the Little Clinic located in Brighton Park Frankfort KY that I feel needs to be brought to attention. I arrived at 4:45 to be seen for what I think is an ear infection. There was only one other person in front of me. I registered and sat down with my ear throbbing. An hour later I was called back to the doctor's office. My vitals were taken and so forth. Then I sat in the doctor's office for over an hour; so long in fact that the lights shut off on me and I was sitting in the dark with my ear still throbbing. I thought surely the doctor will see me soon my ear hurts so bad... well that NEVER happened. I was then told by the same nurse that had checked me in that I needed to go to the other side of town to the other location to be seen or treated. By the time I would arrive at the other clinic it would have been closed seeing as how it was now 7:00. Is this some sort of discrimination? I was discriminated against and that is against the law. The nurse then asked me if I had a form of payment for my visit. I was in shock and oh so angry. I thought if I open my mouth I'm going to cause a scene on Valentine's day in front of a waiting area full of children. I bit my tongue and realized that it was now 7:00 and I was going to be late for my reservation for V-Day. I had no time to go to another doctor. On my way home I called the clinic back and told the same lady I wanted to place a complaint; I was then on the line for 20 mins and the lady was unable to find the phone number. How on earth has this place not been sued? This was discrimination. I still have not been seen, my ear is still throbbing and this was worst doctor's visits I have EVER had. I have never been treated so poorly. I would really like to know how to place a formal complaint read more
