Luckily I haven't had to visit this establishment very often. I did make a visit in yesterday however. Nothing major. My 4 daughters all at the same exact time had come down with minor cold symptoms. My wife and I nothing. We both are covid 19 vaccinated so being the times we live in now and our daughters who attend a small private school going back to full classes and schedules on Monday we didn't want to take any risks. They offer rapid testing here so we made an appointment for 3 of the 4 (nobody will test a one year old). All 3 came back negative for covid, strept and Flu. Just seasonal allergies. We made a same day appointment for 12:30. The establishment kept sending us texts and moving it back. Which was frustrating but understandable. We finally got the tech to come in at 230pm. We walked into a well spaced out lobby and filled out some paperwork and questions then they sent us to the parking lot to wait for a text until the doctors was ready. About 15 min later we received a text. Walked back in. Was told due to pandemic only one parent can't be in during the swabs. So I waited in the car for a few moments. They text me "dad you can come in now". So I did. And we all waited on the room for about 30 min until the doctor came back for final look and with test results. I will say the doctors and the nurses were phenomenal. Very sweet and nice and caring towards all my girls. Made them all feel safe and important . The receptionists moved slower and not as friendly and they seemed confused on protocols of where people needed to be. Like I made 3 trips in and out of there. Facility for the most part was clean and had sanitizers every 5 feet it seemed so that was nice. The floors need sweeping somewhat fierce. Janitorial crew definitely slacking on detailed cleans. Overall it was a satisfactory experience. Got great results which we expected. Just did a better safe than sorry check. Doctors and nurse where Greta with kids. If you make an appointment same day just be prepared to be flexible on that time frame.

When you called back there is a sign on wall telling harassment or threats not tolerated. Bob Dylan said it best when he said times are changing, but these changes are alarming. So when I was in need of immunizations for an upcoming trip to India, I was in a bind. I called a couple offices under my insurance, and the soonest I could get in as a new patient would be months after my trip. That was the case when I called Norton Community Medical Associates in Mid City Mall too, but the clerk there was able to get me in the following morning due to a cancellation at their sister site on Barret Avenue. And that's how I met Dr. Ana Overley. She was quick and efficient. Chatting with me about my overall health needs, while also getting me what I needed for my trip, which ended up being three vaccinations and some malaria pills. I also appreciate that she didn't redo a bunch of basic dianostic tests and bloodwork that I just had done at my ob/gyn. She just asked that I get a copy and bring the results with the next time I come in. Done. She was easy to talk to and put me at ease. And the staff person, who gave me my shots, also deserves some commendation. I'm not a big fan of needles, and I did not feel the needles go into my arm. Fast and relatively pain-free -- that's what I want when I must get a shot. The office was also immaculately clean. The front desk staff was courteous. I feel better knowing that I now have a primary care office near my home I can rely on.

The kindness, the attention, and the efficiency were all so remarkable I needed to write a review. It started with the friendly face of Diane Bank at the front desk. The technician, the intake tech, and the amazing and TRULY caring Dr Nelli all touched my heart. I only wish I had gone sooner. This building has an ambulance only entrance and another entrance in the back. They do have metal detectors and do bag searches if you bring bag/purse in. My keys were held because I had pepper spray attached to it. Going to the front desk it moved quickly beings I have a mybaptist chart. I was taken to a room and triaged quickly. It did take some time to be seen by a provider. I was seen by RN for vitals and to be swabbed for Covid/Flu and strep. After that seen by registration. It did take some time to be seen by a provider. Once seen an initial exam was done and my swab results all came back negative. I was prescribed some strong cough medicine and went to nearest 24 hour pharmacy. When checking out, that's when I had to pay my co-pay vs paying up front. I did get my keys back and checking the time. I was there for only over an hour. I read other reviews where people waited longer. I guess it depends on how many people are there and if you're there for urgent care/ER visit. ER is 24/7 Urgent care 7a-9p. I had an excellent experience and couldn't ask for better quality of care. I'd definitely come back here.
