Last week I was stressing calling around searching for someone to make me a Paris theme baby shower cake for that same weekend. I was turned away by all except for Natalie who graciously accepted to make the cake despite being booked out until next year! She delivered the cake complete with an Eiffel Tower topper. Not only was it beautiful, it was delicious too! I've had plenty of fondant decorated cakes that are hard on the outside and dry on the inside but not this one! I was lucky enough to try these cupcakes at my cousin's baby shower. I've tried a lot of cupcakes. They're one of my most favorite desserts. By far, the cupcakes from the Little Cupcakery were the best I've ever tasted. Better than Sprinkles X1,000. I do not understand how she is able to get the cupcakes so moist and light and delicious. I called the company around 5:30 in the evening. The owner, Natalie, got back to me within just a few minutes. I asked if she could deliver a cake to my brother for his birthday, the next day. She said she couldn't (which I thought would be the case) but that she could whip up a batch of cupcakes and deliver them the next day. I was floored!! We went back and forth a little about timing and things but ultimately she delivered at a time when he would be home. Less than 24 hours after my initial contact. Who does that??
