Wanted to eat here the first night we arrived in Annecy but it was packed. It's a lively place with lots of outdoor tables. After scoping out the food we made it a priority to get back here the next night bc the pizzas looked awesome. The next night despite being busy again, we were lucky enough to get a table right away. The service was to the point and food came out quickly. The pizza tasted as good as it looked with its perfect crust and we were super impressed with the salad that was full of the freshest veggies. Highly recommended.

The pizzas are generous in size! Either be sure you are hungry, or share or plan to take some home. The dough is amazing ... crispy on the bottom/outside with those gorgeous bubbles (you know what I'm talking about) and chewy. If I had honey to dip that crust in, it'd be heaven. The tomato sauce is tart, tomato-ey and just the right amount. The cheese melted to perfection. They also have oregano on top, which gives it nice depth. The toppings are top quality... nicoise pitted olives, prosciutto, speck, anchovies, arugula (or rocket) all great. Ask for chili oil, but know depending on the bottle, it can be pretty spicy. Ours was filled half way with chili and very little oil so it seeped up all those spicy flavors. one of the best meals on the trip so far! pics coming!

    Pizza with figs

One of the best pizzas I've had in my entire life!! I was absolutely mind blown about eating figs on pizza and it was absolutely incredible!!!

We were wondering around the city looking for some good eats when we past this place. I had did some research before and saw this place had good ratings on tripadvisor so I recommended it to my family. At first glance my dad was like $15 euros for a pizza, that's expensive but then he saw the size of the pizzas and was very happy. He is a anchovy lover too so he was pretty pumped about that also. I got one with anchovies, olives, and capers that was delicious. My sister got this cream sauce pizza with basil, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella. My mom got the truffle pizza which she enjoyed but she wished it was more truffley. My dad got the special which included anchovies, goat cheese, and arugula. He was not very happy with what he received (he can't read italian very well) but said it had delicious crust. I really enjoyed this place. Organic, good flavorful pizza, and quick service at a reasonable price for what you get. What is not to like?

We read the sidewalk menu last night and based on advertised meals went inside. We were seated at a…read morehigh top table and given "English menu's" which had NOTHING on them that we had just seen on the menu posted outside their restaurant. We decided ok fine we'll just order a pizza but noticed the tables around us being served pasta dishes. I asked a French couple next to us and they translated for us and we all found out the French were given a totally different menu from us with more choices. Not impressed by that in the least. I might be a foreigner but I am a most respectful guest and was annoyed by this. The French couple helped us order spaghetti bolognese which was ok but ever so nice of them. Would not return here.

The wine we were recommended was fantastic and reasonable. Around 20 Euro. We had to have a second bottle. The pizza was on the most tasty doughs I have ever had. My favorite was the mozzarella, tomato and arugula pizza. My husband and son loved the spicy pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, and peppers pizza. Cannot recall the name but that is what was on it. The sizes of the pizzas were generous as well. Wish that we are there again the next night. Had a bad experience the next night for almost twice the cost. I will leave my first trip to Europe with this restaurant as one of the highlights!

We loved Annecy!…read more There are so many beautiful restaurants tucked into alleys. Le Lila's Rose is beautifully decorated and close of our hotel. We came in here and were seated outside which is exactly what we wanted. It was warm, but too not hot and alfresco dining was perfect! We ordered a kir which is made with crème de cassis and champagne. It was a bit too sweet for my liking but still good - I finished it! My husband had the Aperol Spritz which was perfectly made! The perch meunière wasn't exactly how I pictured it but it was good! Lightly fried and served with fries and green salad. The veggie pizza was just good. I saw that lots of other patrons were ordering cheese fondue. We had just eaten the regional specialty for lunch that day - the tartiflette (potato casserole) so I was all cheesed out! Food wasn't great but the ambiance was wonderful. Just being in Annecy was super!

Our waiter was very friendly and nice. They had lots of fondues, pizzas and meats available, my parents got their barbecue meats that you cook yourself on a hot stone plate. The experience is very fun and similar to korean barbecue but not as smelly. The meats are not marinated in anything but they give you two dipping sauces: aioli and a tomato-y mayo sauce. Since their menu is not 100% in English, I wasn't sure if it was priced at ~19€ per person and the portion is fit for two people. But how we ended up interpreting it as was 19€ per person but you have to get two portions. When the food came, I think the 19€ price was meant for two people portions. I recommend clarifying with the waiter, some speak English! That 19€ also comes with fries and a salad. I ordered the dish of the day which was some sort of stew with chicken, ham and cheese - it was delicious with bread and only 10€!
