I took my bracelet of stone to this place March 22, 2022. Every time I had gone by there, it was…read morenot fixed. They would say they where very busy. I should have picked it up the last time I had gone there. I called on the 24th of December 2024 to tell them I am picking up my bracelet. They had it long enough. I went on December 26th and he could not find it. The bracelet was scattered all over the place, he could not find all of my bracelet. He meaning the son. Its like they didn't care. He thought I would not have kept the reciept. I was very disappointed and upset because they treated it like nothing. I will never take anything to them again. I give them a poor rating of1. If I could give them a zero I would. All I needed was a clasp on it. Now it's all to pieces. Its like he dileberly did it thinking I had lost my receipt, All most three year. I am upset with myself also. I should have gotten it. I put my trust in them. It pays not to trust anyone anymore. I left the store so he could find all of the pieces. I am going back tomorrow to get all of the pieces of my bracelet.
