After texting Carla the situation, one of the jewelers came in on his off day and had the ring done within the next couple of days! I live in Little Rock and never encounter businesses like this one where the people care and you are treated like family. I would highly recommend them to any guys looking for engagement rings who want a fair deal, maybe a little guidance, and assurance of an amazing job!

On Thursday I received text that my rings were ready to pick up. I called and told Pat's daughter that I was supposed to get estimate first. She said she was sorry but the work was already done. The charges were about $75.00 over what I considered my mental financial comfort level. But because the work was already done, I lost my ability to get an estimate somewhere else. I have never had jewelry repaired where you didn't sign accepting the amount to be charged. I am happy with the looks of one ring, but the other looks "off" to my inexpert eye. There was no offer of a discount and sometimes "Sorry" is just not enough. I'm not happy with my experience with this jeweler and won't be back.
