The layout of the ladies blouses are doubly racked, one above the other. On the men's side, the dress shirts, T-shirts and polo shirts are close together , making easier to decide what you like. You will enjoy browsing upstairs in the domestic and home goods area. This is where you will find the large selection of children's clothes, plenty of family shoes, and toys. After calling to introduce myself and see if they could help me, A to Z Resale came to my house, looked at the items I was looking to sell, and suggested an estate sale. We discussed this in great detail and they were aware that I would be living and working out of my house until I moved. Despite the fact that this was only the second time they had done an estate sale (something not mentioned until I prompted) I decided to give them a chance and went ahead and signed a contract with them. In our discussions, they told me they needed about 3 weeks to prep for the sale. They wanted me to give them a key to the house that I was living in so that they could 'come and go' to get ready for the sale. I reminded them that I was living/working at the house and did not want people to come and go without notice. This seems like a reasonable request on many levels, not the least of which is safety. On many occasions, I mentioned that I am at the house nearly 100% of the time and they could simply drop me a text to give me a heads up and come over at any time. One week prior to the estate sale date (and subsequent move to my new house), I still had not seen them or seen any work done. I contacted them to ensure everything was on track. It was at that point that they informed me that they were voiding my contract on the grounds that I did not provide a key to my house. What person in their right mind would give a complete stranger a key to their house? Not only did they leave me scrambling at the last minute, but they have been operating under the assumption that I still want to have any sort of contact with them. They put me on their mailing list, send me unsolicited emails on a regular basis and provide no way of removing myself from the list -- which is also illegal. I am all for people trying to start and run a business on their own. But I am not going to endorse people who do not know the law, do not operate in a professional manner, and do not respect people enough to simply do the right thing. Considering the plethora of options available in this space, I highly recommend staying away from this business.

Damaged items go unnoticed and are still sitting on the shelves with high stickers. I recently had an item that had a goodwill sticker of $4.99. When I go to the register she said it wasn't their tag. It clearly said Goodwill but it had no scan code so she took it to the back to get relabeled and guess what it was now higher. She couldn't explain to me why and was very rude. Another employee carded me for senior discount day, I am 67 and shop their all of the time. I saw other customers not forced to dig out my license to get this discount. What used to be a fun experience has become a money grab.

I'm so disappointed. I used to love this location because they do have great clothing options…read morethere. While they still do have many great clothes to look at, they no longer have a fitting room. Goodwill used to be a great place because you could browse through the racks, immediately try on things you liked, and immediatly put back the things you did not. Now instead of trying on clothes and buying them because I like them, I guess I am supposed to just cross my fingers, buy only a couple of options, take them home, and hope that they fit just right. OTHERWISE I have to spend time and gas money to take the clothes back to the store within 7 days. In this economy? You have to be kidding me. So not only does Goodwill charge higher prices but now you might need to spend multiple shopping trips to the same store just to find a dress that you like. And sure maybe you could buy 10 dresses at once to try on but now you're spending what $100 up front and what if something happens and you can't get back to the store in 7 days or what if you accidentally tear off a tag? The store keeps the money and you are up a creek. Also, I may be wrong, but do returns only get store credit? Not 100% sure on that policy but overall this is a terrible business move. I just walked out of a store instead of trying on several items I liked. I will not be back until the fitting rooms are returned.
