The second is that Rachel is so knowledgeable and attentive when it comes to comfort, care, and execution. You can tell being an injector is a passion and not just a job just by the way she ensures the steps/approach taken with your skin is the best based on your individual needs. Talent and results aside, the office is quite sanitary with Rachel taking very thorough steps to ensure cleanliness as well (which is extremely important). I received the microneedling and PRF Injections and both services were wonderful with minimal pain but maximum results. I would not recommend this office to anyone needing ear impressions for custom in-ear monitors…read more My first set of impressions was rejected by the manufacturer because they did not meet the required specifications, even though this office advertises that they provide impressions for custom IEMs. When I returned to have them redone, the audiologist was rude, made inappropriate comments, and seemed offended that her original impressions had failed instead of handling the situation professionally. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere with proven experience making custom IEM impressions.

I've seen Dr. Jennifer Hooker several times now and really appreciate the attention she gives me. She's interested in not only the data (labs, bloodwork, vitals, etc.) But we talk about my lifestyle, my diet, how I'm managing stress and my quality of sleep. When was the last time your doc really listened to you? The office is very comfortable and offers magazines that support your health (cookbooks, LCHF research and articles). This alone made me smile when I first checked in. The office staff is also super friendly, patient and also very attentive. I appreciated the atmosphere they create. After all, generally when we're visiting a doc's office, something's up. I've experienced two pregnancy losses while under the care of this practice, and during an already difficult time, the care I received often felt more one-size-fits-all than individualized. I recognize that this may be influenced by the volume of patients or broader systems within pregnancy care, but for me, it meant that I didn't always feel truly seen or held as an individual with a unqiue history. The midwife I worked with was kind, but on more than one occasion she appeared unfamiliar with important details of my medical history. After experiencing my first pregnancy loss with her, it was difficult to return just three months later and realize she had not reviewed my chart before coming in to discuss my second loss. In that moment, the lack of preparation felt especially painful. Scheduling appointments was also challenging, and after my second loss I waited an additional 45 minutes to see a doctor, which added to an already emotionally difficult experience. After my second pregnancy loss, I was not offered guidance around possible testing, follow-up options, or next steps unless I explicitly asked. Additionally, after an ultrasound confirmed a pregnancy loss, I was told the earliest available appointment for the necessary procedure was six days later, which felt unreasonable and I was forced to complete the procedure at an entirely different practice. I don't share this to place blame, but rather to help others make an informed decision. If you are someone seeking highly personalized, proactive care, especially after loss or if your pregnancy journey may not be straightforward, this may not be the best fit. For those with uncomplicated pregnancies who are comfortable with a more standardized approach, this practice may work well.

Evan, the provider there, is an experienced paramedic, and his skill and knowledge are exceptional. But even more importantly, he treated me like a human being--someone he was genuinely committed to helping find a pathway to health and healing. He tailored my IV perfectly to my condition, and we added oxygen therapy and time in the massage chair.
