A little disappointed the chicken wasn't pulled, but the sandwich was hot as Hades! Very tasty. Fries weren't the best I've ever had, buy were very good nonetheless. Service was fast and friendly. Nope nope nope! I went there for the first time (and last) with a friend who goes fairly often. There are no words to describe the taste of the pretzel which I was looking forward to trying. Freezer burnt is the only way I suppose and the cheese sauce was awful. The place is really dark which always makes you wonder why. I couldn't wait to leave to get home to wash the smell off. I stopped in on a Fri night. They were busy. Good for them. I pulled up a seat at the bar. And waited. Waited some more. . ok they are busy One bartender looked like Shaggy Rogers from Scubby Do finally came over. He asked "You OK" I said "no" because I was getting irritated. So Shaggy from Scubby walked over to a big guy who must be a manager and gave him my honest response. Manager comes over "You OK" Again, I responded "no" because I was tired of waiting. "What can get for you" (now that's what I was looking for) I ordered my beverage and a menu please. Manager left. Several minutes later, I'm still waiting with dirty dishes still in front of me still. Waiting Waiting I left and went across the street to Paul Reveres. A fun place with a prompt and courteous wait staff And a variety of food offerings ! Meals are tasty and prepared consistently . My only complaint is that attempting to carry on an intimate conversation is fruitless ! The floor , walls and ceiling are all hard surfaces with nothing to buffer the noise level , so when the dining room is full , one has to almost scream to be heard from across the table . Unfortunately , those seated at the surrounding tables are also screaming at each other for the Same reason . I'm not sure what could be retrofitted design wise To solve the problem, but it Has kept us from returning on a regular basis only because of the loud noise level . Do go , you will have fun , but bring earplugs So you won't leave the establishment deaf . They have an outdoor seating area which will be great in the cooler fall weather , but for the dog days of summer personally , I would avoid it . read more

Second time here, first time for food. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak and jumbo drumstick basket. Philly was very good. Lot's of meat and quite tasty. Jumbo drumsticks are a very unique item. Our waitress, Farrah was absolutely awesome. We waited on nothing and can't wait to go back. My wife had the sea bass. I used to be a HUGE fan of this place and have loved the food and the service that we received during the lunch and dinner hours that we went there; however, we went for breakfast yesterday morning and it was a different story. I sent the following message yesterday and got no reply... an even greater disappointment than the experience that we had. "I wanted to send you a quick message to let you know about our experience at your establishment this morning. My son and husband took me to breakfast and because we had such a good experience dining with you guys before I really wanted to see what you had to offer since you are opened during those hours and you do serve breakfast. I must say.... breakfast is not your strong suit... I would strongly consider cutting those hours out completely if I were managing this place. We didn't stay long enough to order as there was one waitress who was obviously stretched too thin to even offer a smile or any other sort of a warm personality trait, the place was not overly busy but busy enough for at least 2 or maybe even 3 wait staff. The crumpled up food stained place mats that served as menus offered little to chose from. Our son got his sweet tea within two minutes while we waited greater than 10 minutes for our coffee. I would have loved to stir in my sugar but had no silverware, I asked for creamer and waited another 10.... we left at this point and went across the street... Please.... take this from where it's coming from... out of kindness. I have to eat gluten free, and they have a gluten free pizza that is very good. I was surprised and pleased with this option, and I believe I also saw an option for a GF bun for burgers as well, I've only had the GF pizza. My husband had their Reuben sandwich, and he said it was very good as well. It's very casual, but the servers are pleasant. I wish they offered fresh-brewed iced tea, and gluten free french fries, as their fries are fried in same oil as breaded items so are off-limits. I had an alcoholic beverage and it was decent.
