In the last 3 months I have made 13 phone calls & multiple emails & chats simply trying to get a return label for the shoes I ordered in store that turned out to be too big. I only wanted to exchange them for the next size. Now they are outside of the 60 in-store return timeframe & I kept telling them I needed the label because there is not a Hibbett Sports near me. Now & ONLY now, are they telling me they don't do return labels for in-store purchases. Everyone up until today has told me they would send me a label within 24 hours via email & I have received NOT A SINGLE ONE, even though I had them confirm my email while on the phone & had them send me an email to make sure they had the right one. Every single person tells me they're escalating my case to the imaginary "corporate team" & they will get back in touch with me but I never hear back from a single one of them... ALL THIRTEEN TIMES!!! It's like they don't give a crap about their customers & only want to keep their money. They give this customer service call center contractor a script & they are all very good at following the script to a T but don't actually do anything that provides a service to the customer. Every time I call I have to give them the entire story as if they don't see the notes from all the previous phone calls the agents are supposedly "entering into the case notes". And every time I call they assign a different case number so they constantly try to convince me it's the first time I've called. I am so beyond pissed that I don't even want to replace the shoes with the correct size but even if I did want to, they've sold out of that size in the 3 months of bullcrap they've been putting me through. You can be sure I will tell EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW about how terrible & worthless Hibbett Sports is & I will NEVER give them a cent of my money again! I was overall pleased with the camper and the new sales person they traded me off too. I was also pleased that extended repairs were made to fix water damage and a new bathroom fan was ordered after taking possession. Now almost a year later and the whole camper smells like an ashtray. I can't get the smell out and the shower is discoloring like it was painted over to cover up an eyesore. The water pump has also had to be replaced. Being all I could afford, a new RV was not an option, so I guess I'll just have to suck it up for the next 6 years while I finish paying for it.

I attended the Oliver Firearms CWP course today (9/19/20), and I'm still having a hard time…read moreprocessing the whole experience. I don't know if today was the exception, but this was one of the most unorganized debacles I've ever experienced in my lifetime, from beginning to end. It started with waiting for them to set up in the morning (20 min), sitting (literally) for 45 min. at one point waiting to take the written test, then being told the shooting part of the exam was located another 45 min. away, then waiting another hour at the outdoor range in Enoree for instructors to show up. All of this with very little communication or concern for the inconvenience and time of those attending the course. The course was originally supposed to finish at 2:30, I made it back to my vehicle at 4:30 (there was still one group waiting to shoot when I finished). I felt like I was trapped in a bad dream most of the day; in talking with other attendees, they too felt the very same way. It served it's purpose, but MAN what an "adventure"!!!

I did not purchase anything from him but would definitely keep him high on my list the next time I want to purchase something or need any work done on my firearms.
