The company listed no age restrictions on their website. We called twice and asked if there were any restrictions. My son is five years old and has tubed TWICE before. In NC the age limit is four. We assumed and called to check. This is no way to run a business! We had a group of 5 to tube today. They lost 100 bucks on not letting me sign a waiver that I would be 100% responsible for my sons safely.
