I had friend, who lives outside Kearney, had her key break and needed a new key. Her car was literally 2 blocks from their office. She called at 12 and was told there were 2 people in front of her. She also told them she had groceries in the car. Three hours later, after hearing nothing and then not answering their phone, she walked there. The owner was like oh I forgot to dispatch someone. Than charged her an additional $95 for a rush job. Horrible service. No apology didn't care would never use again. read more

Pretty much got extorted. Our stores front lock was busted so we called them in the morning and got told they would be there to repair the lock between 5-6. At 5:58 Lee pulled up and performed a 10 minute repair and then told us it cost $233 dollars. When asked why the price was so high he said he had to rush over here and we need a lock to close out store. So basically he justified the price because he showed up right at the end of the time he said he'd be there and performed a service we really needed. Maybe that's just the going rate for locksmiths but if so I'm in the wrong line of work. It was shady enough for me to redownload this app and write a review and it wasn't even money from my pocket. 2 stars because the lock did get repaired. read more

Riding my motorcycle back home to Nevada from a veterans ride to DC I bent a key on my Yamaha FJR. I hopped off I-80 to the Yamaha dealer who didn't have a blank but directed me to Lockmobile. The lady who helped me searched and searched among hundreds of blanks and her patience paid off. She found a blank that would work. Usually these have to be obtained from a dealer. Two keys made in no time and I was on my way without fear of the bent key snapping off. Kudos for friendly efficient service at a very reasonable cost. Two thumbs up. read more

Service was Great!!! We got locked out of our truck when we stopped in Kearney, NE to eat while on our road trip from Denver to Chicago. I called the local police department for assistance and they gave me a few locksmiths names. The LockMobile was the closest, so I called and they were on site within 15 minutes and we were on our way shortly after. "... you can turn around and walk out the door." I attempted to use The Lock Mobile to cut a key and have it programmed to a vehicle recently and it was quite the adventure. After making arrangements with a local dealership to have a key delivered, I check with this business to make sure they could cut and program this key. I was told they could no problem and was given the list of what I would need to make it happen. I did all of that and showed up with the key so we could proceed. After waiting 30+ minutes without making any progress I was told that he wasn't sure if he actually had the technology to program the key to the car. I was obviously not very pleased with this answer because I wouldn't have spent $200 on a key that he might have been able to program. After confronting him about the deception I was told, " you can turn around and walk out the door." Eventually, the key was successfully cut and attempted to be programmed to the vehicle. After trying several different methods and being shut down at every corner because his technology was not up to date, he had to call it quits. After submitting to the lack of maintaining his tools and technology he was still brash enough to ask for payment cutting the key. Fair? Probably, he did still cut the key successfully. I don't think I would have had the fortitude to ask for payment after that debacle though. All in all, I would avoid this business at all costs unless you're just having some extra house keys cut. read more
