I'll admit that planning a wedding is out of my league. Additionally, I work part-time and I'm studying to be a psychiatrist. My husband is a biological scientist and conservation planner, which requires him to frequently travel. Not only did we not have any idea where or how to begin planning a wedding, but we also both have very little free time. From our first interaction with Shannon, we were extremely impressed. In fact, our first interaction with Shannon was on a Friday night since that was the only time that our schedules allowed us to talk with her. Throughout the nine months that we worked with her to plan our wedding, Shannon always communicated with us when it was most convenient for us - including nights, weekends, and even holidays. Because we live in Tallahassee, FL - the location of our wedding - and Table 6 Productions is located in St Petersburg, FL, Shannon communicated with us by phone and email. Shannon worked with every vendor involved in our wedding, which included negotiating and securing contracts with them. Although Shannon was working outside of the area of our wedding venue, the planning process was seamless. Shannon listened to our ideas for our wedding, and she then turned our dreams into reality. We have no idea if Shannon was working with other couples during the time that she was planning our wedding, as she never mentioned it. Shannon gave my husband and I VIP treatment, making us both feel like royalty. Since wedding planning is about your big day, why wouldn't you want to feel like you are the most important couple in the world? We set an original budget, which Shannon strived hard to adhere to. We did exceed it, but that was only by our choice. Shannon was very conscientious with regards to our budget, and she made recommendations about rentals and other aspects of our wedding that were not necessary in an attempt to stay within our original budget. Again, we only went over our original budget by choosing to have specific elements in our wedding that were not originally discussed with Shannon. Three months prior to our wedding date, Shannon made a trip to Tallahassee, FL to meet with all of our vendors, my husband, and myself. Several of our vendors mentioned to us that they were impressed that Shannon came to meet with them in person, as that is rare for other wedding planners that they've worked with - including ones who live in our area. In fact, all of our vendors and everyone involved in our wedding informed us how friendly Shannon was and what a pleasure she was to work with. Shannon's knowledge of the wedding industry, coupled with her attention to detail, allowed her to execute every aspect of planning our wedding with flawless precision and class. There is no possible way that our wedding would have come to fruition without Shannon's help. Over the course of planning our wedding with Shannon, we became so close that we consider her more than our wedding planner - she is valued as a member of our family. We utilized Shannon and Table 6 Productions for full-service wedding planning, which was the best decision we've ever made. On the day of our wedding, we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our friends and family. The only thing that we had to do on our wedding day was show up to our venue and marry one another. Shannon coordinated every aspect of setting up for our wedding with our vendors, as well as the clean-up that took place afterwards. This is a very laid back, low key type wedding which is what we wanted! If you're a bridezilla and want a high maintenance fussy wedding then this is not for you. There were lots of beach goers on the beach but they didn't bother us one bit and the staff made sure no one intervened with me walking down the aisle. Yes the flowers they use on the arches are fake but that didn't bother me. I'm sure if you wanted to pay a florist tons of money to do that then you could. We did the Upham Beach location just because it happened to be across from our condo. But parking at this location was definitely an issue for our guests considering it was a gorgeous 80 degree Sunday so it was very busy. We also really like that the paradise grille was right there so our guests could stop for a quick drink prior to the ceremony. The photographer provided with the package was amazing as well! So friendly and totally passionate about her profession. She made everyone very comfortable and kept the flow going well! If you're looking for low key, no fuss then this is for you!

It was on a Saturday but even leaving at 4 pm to be there by 5pm, and I was only 15 min away but it was still not early enough! Consider having your wedding earlier if you decide to book a wedding with this location in Pensacola. Took about 1 hr to get to my wedding! One other mishap was the violinist was late but probably due to traffic, she was a ok violinist but I wish the music was louder, the waves from the ocean were loud so you could not really hear the music that well. She also played the music I picked in the wrong order. Other than that everything was good! The set up was beautiful! Weather was perfect! Something is always going to happen on your wedding day and I hope this review will help other people with their wedding plans:)

Then told me March 25 that the company no longer delivers chairs to the beach and I would have to have someone pick them up. I asked her to get prices on different things and her answer every time was, they didn't answer the phone. Then I would call and they picked up, every time. Megan was called out of town on an emergency on March 29th and never told me she was leaving, left nor would she be at my wedding. She did send someone in her place that had shadowed 1 wedding with her, more than 1 year ago. Megan never told me she wouldn't be at the rehearsal the night before, nor did she text or call to advise. The person she sent to replace her at the wedding stood there until someone asked her to do something. I texted Megan to find out what the rain plan B was. She never responded. So, I emailed the venue to find out if I could do the ceremony there, etc. The people at the Bridge Street Bistro were absolutely amazing. My bridesmaids and officiant did everything! She advised she would be doing the clean up as well, that did not happen. She was supposed to help loading the leftover food into a vehicle and that never happened. Her replacement left 2 hours early and never said goodbye to anyone. Honestly, I didn't even know she was there, so it didn't matter. Needless to say, I have tried to contact Megan several times for a full refund and she is not responding.
