This includes the analysis, making the recommendation(s), offering the solution, performing the solution. Some of the items could have been performed by internal staff, but it's not worth the cost, stress, headache, and risk of using consumer grade equipment while trying to put your best foot forward in a public setting. The staff at Sights and Sounds are always well acquainted with many local event hosting facilities. This helps with the ease of coordinating the event, and the setting up\breaking down the equipment. We never had experienced any negative issues with Sights and Sounds. We will continue to use them for future events. After a couple rounds of Q&A with their team, we finalized our agreement. Dealing with Melissa was wonderful. Even though our event was smaller than most, she made us feel like a priority. Communication was great for delivery. The crew showed up early and was done faster than expected. We had a large dance floor assembled on some fairly uneven ground. The team did a great job making it very flat. We did get some rain on the floor but it dried very easily with a few towels and it really was in excellent condition. We also rented a dozen benches that were a great addition to our set up. They looked brand new. The next day the crew was in and out for pickup. All Event Rental really made our wedding experience better with their professional service and variety of products. They took the stress out of the process and exceeded expectations.

It is now Dec 1 and I still have not been paid. After numerous attempts, I get excuses, lies and runaround. Even yesterday I was told I would be paid cash by days end, it is now morning and no payment has been made. And infact Lori has now blocked me, so I'm guessing her intention was never to pay me and to hope I would quietly go away and forget the theft. Yes theft! She stole my time, my product and at this point I have paid my bank to do her hair! It is a shame how a local biz woman could con, scam, and steal from another local biz woman, but here we are at a crossroads. And my kindness, patience and understanding has been exhausted by an immature, unprofessional business handling. Apparently $250 is the cost for wanting your business named and shamed. I had hoped this would've been handled civilly but now the authorities and fraud dept can handle it. I have numerous emails and messages PROMISING payment each week yet each week comes and it's a new excuse... so if you wish to steal from me, I'm ever so blessed I could give it but I won't lay down and be taken advantage of simply because you're a basketcase.

I rented an inflatable bounce house on a Friday, for my stepsons birthday on Sunday. When I booked my reservation, I was under the impression I was going to get it between 7:30-8:30 AM due to the times I chose, and it was confirmed with the confirmation email I received. I spoke to Justin (who seems to be the owner), and he stated that Sunday morning was really busy and that he could drop it off Saturday evening with no additional charge. I got excited and told my kids to expect one of their gifts early. On Saturday at 4pm, I contacted them asking for an ETA, and he told me he wasn't going to be able to come today, to expect him Sunday around 10:30-11:00 but could be later ( he had no specific time). Now, my first thought is that half the day is gone and he didn't even bother to contact me to inform me. I spent most of my day at home, waiting for these guys to come. Not only did he not contact me, he couldn't even give me a specific time frame. This is a birthday party and you can't tell me when you're going to be here? Please, keep in mind that you only receive the bounce for a set amount of hours, which I had already paid for. So, I'm already dealing with a company that was very unorganized. I texted Justin telling him that I was unhappy with the services thus far and pretty much explained everything that I wrote here. His response to me was that he never guaranteed me he would come Saturday, he would "try". First, that's not what he said, I wouldn't have told my kids if that's what he said. Next, he said they don't do 7:30 reservations. I went back to my email and there was a typo. It had two drop-off times "7:30-8:30" AND "11:00". Therefore, i thought it was 7:30. ( how can you blame me for being upset). When I told him I was misinformed due to their emails having typos, he pretended as if it were his first time hearing about the issue and would " report it" . However, when my fiancé called, the manager stated it's an error they have been needing to fix for a while. All In the same text message, ( I never even got a chance to respond from my original text) he told me that I was going to be refunded and I responded asking to PLEASE NOT CANCEL!! he then went ahead, without my permission or me giving any indications that I wanted a cancellation, and refunded me. I asked him not to. When he texted me back, he said he already did it. This is the evening before the party!!!!' He purposely canceled out of spite, because he didn't care for my business. He told me to find someone else to make me happy, but where else am I supposed to find a bounce house at 5pm on a Saturday? idk who in the right mind cancels a customer's order, without being asked. None of this wasn't even my fault, and he decided to retaliate against me. I was very respectful and just simply stated I was unhappy because of this time issue. You would think someone that works with kids would care, but Shaky Events doesn't. This company left me crying, struggling calling over 20+ company's trying to find a replacement, desperately. My fiancé called the company and he put his manager on ( he wouldn't even speak to us directly) , all she did was back him up without any remorse. SharkyEvents lacks business etiquette and does not care about their customers. I have never been treated so carelessly and felt so worthless by a company. At the last second, I got saved by HOP HAVEN. They were absolutely incredible AND took me in at 7pm!!! Also, after all the research I have done looking for a bounce house, SharkyEvents is the most EXPENSIVE!!!!! Their basic bounce house is $125 and after fees was $150. HOP HAVEN only cost me $99 and a $5 delivery fee and it was a beautiful bounce house. After contacting all these people, SharkyEvents is by far the most expensive. Please don't spend your money here, HOP Haven does inflatables to the same areas, and they were such good people, with better rates.
