They milked us out of thousands of dollars with absolutely nothing to show from it except some blogs (literally less than 10). When trying to cancel the contract, the refused - even with months notice. We contracted for SEO, plus social media, plus blogging, etc. All of the blogs needed editing by us (why pay someone if we are still doing the work?) on a weekly basis, and it was evident that they just used AI to write the blog. There were spelling errors, grammatical errors, some activities weren't even for the correct area, the photos were of incorrect items and/or named incorrectly. The didn't listen when we gave them feedback. Corrections took forever to make. It would take weeks of going back and forth to fix and AI generated blog before posting. Extremely frustrating and not worth the time/effort/money. Although they said they worked on SEO meta tags, etc., I am currently going through my website on the backend, and everything is blank. We paid them for an entire year (yeah, our fault but they refused to let us out of the contract even though we were dissatisfied.) In addition to not doing the work, they completely messed up the voice and tone of our branding with the work they did complete. I have spent countless hours fixing font that was inconsistent, titles that didn't match the layout of the website, and errors that some rookie tech person didn't pay attention to. It is completely frustrating. If I had the money I would hire an attorney. They also claim to be from Florida, however the agents who reached out were from all over the world, and often the time change was difficult to reach people when we needed. Do not use this company. Do. not.

I made phone calls and inquired about computer replacement and configuration. When I called BBM Tech Computer Solutions the call was immediately answered by Brandon Mannie. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I admit that I seldom recommend things from books to restaurants to motion pictures to anything, BUT I wholeheartedly will recommend BBM Tech Computer Solutions. Do yourself a favor and if you have a computer problem or issue, give them a call. You will be pleased with the results!

UPDATE: So the company has notified me that they are refusing to issue me a refund unless I removed my negative reviews of their company. This is blackmail at its finest. Additionally, they have refused to respond to my Better Business Complaint, So yes, please know that all of the positive reviews that you are reading about this company, are employees of the company. FRAUD COMPANY Original Posting January 2, 2020 Designs are no better than using a free logo generator I read amazing reviews for this company, but I am inclined to believe that those reviews were left by company's employees rather than actual clients. I paid to have a logo designed and left feedback for what I was looking for. None of my initial feedback was taken into consideration in the three initial "concepts" I was sent. I asked for a refund so that I can use another company but was told that they do not issue refunds because they "worked so hard on the initial concept." I am not sure what "hardwork" they are implying because that I was sent I had seen better using an online free logo generator. They offered me a site credit, for use for what exactly I am not sure. As a REAL PAYING customer, I do not believe that the logos they represent on their site as being their actual work quality is real. They do not have the graphic design expertise to product these unique and creative concepts. What you are really paying for is for them to use a logo generator because you just dont have time to click the web yourself. Lackluster design, this is the company. I buy online all the time but I had never this kind of service on the internet before. I was use to going to a place and sit down with the designer working on my stuff. I was a little hesitant but I found thelogoboutique.com and since the price was so attractive I decided to give it a try. I am very glad I did... My project manager, Hector was great. He was always there for me and if he did not understand my comments we would go over them over the phone. My final logo is great, I love it and now I hired thelogoboutique to work on my brochure and website. I encourage anybody looking for an inexpensive way to create a logo to try them. It is best to do it with a company that shares the same time zone and you can call them anytime... After less than a week, I had to cancell the contract, because I didn't need the logo anymore. When I knew my project got cancelled, I called and email TheLogoBoutique about it, being respectful for their work. That was on the beginning of November 2016. Now is February 2017, and they still postpone my refund . I talked on the phone and email a couple of times, but no money . Very disappointed. Monica and Fabiana were helpful with the design, and I was pleased. I was planning to come back when my project will start again, but not now! I don't think is a good business when you don't honour the client wish and no refund :-( Update the situation : just got an confirmation they refund the money, one day after my review. Coincidence? thelogoboutique.com is not a design firm. This is a pre-design mill. The products they provide are from a program similar to the design-it-yourself logo websites. The gallery they show of all their 'great custom logos' are not what you will receive. Of the 8 logos I recieved, they got close. When I sent a powerpoint requesting certain design changes for the nearly-complete-logo, they responded with complete different logos. I MEAN COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I gave up at that point and went back to the super basic logo they started with at first, just so I wouldn't receive anything more. I am using the logo in the meantime, but I will change it. Excellent service. After searching locally among graphic designers that wanted $40-90/hr, I turned to the internet and found The Logo Boutique. I submitted a brief describing what I had in mind after paying for their service, and the first concept was exactly what I asked for. It was within the specified 24 hours, but what I found surprising was that my favorite concept (and the one I ended up choosing) was a complete original from their design team. I absolutely loved it and could not be happier with the final result. And my project manager, Monica, really went the extra mile and provided me with revisions even after I approved the final design. The initial concepts were quick but every subsequent revision was nearly 2 days and I had to keep bugging them to turn it around for me. As other reviewers have stated, the designs are not very imaginative and you end up doing a lot of the work yourself. I had to take their concepts into photoshop and tweak them just to get them good enough to show my client. I was very clear in my instructions that only Google Fonts were to be used, they did not follow my instruction. Throughout the whole process they seemed to pick and choose what feedback they wanted to hear, and several revision rounds they did not do at all what I had asked for -- only took up more time with bad designs I didn't ask for. I would NOT recommend based on poor listening skills and slow turnaround times. read more

Hi I found the logo boutique through a friend of mine, and was immediately hooked on the prices and the ability to have a custom design for my logo and all my stationary. I went ahead and hired them and within 24hrs I had a few options to pick from. I am extremely picky so it took a few revisions to get the final product, but since my package included unlimited revisions it was always efficient, easy and quick to get to the next round. They also developed my stationary and it looks beautiful! they really listened to everything I wanted and went out of their way to provide me with a superb custom design. I had to choose rush delivery since my business plan is due is next week, and I got the first concepts in only 10 hours, which was pretty impressive. Unfortunately, DisplayIt is unable to produce a replacement graphic for us because they completely phased out that product on their end. My team and I went to various alternative vendors, and found that the pricing and delivery fees were too much. Also, the other vendors estimated the production and delivery timelines that were too long, and would be too risky given our tight timeline. Not only are they eco conscious with their products, their timeline was quicker than the other vendors we looked at, delivery fees were very reasonable, and the process was super easy and smooth. In fact, after we placed an order for the replacement graphic, we got an email from Beverly to ask where we purchased the original frame from. She recognized that we had not purchased their frame, only the replacement graphic. So she wanted to check in with us to sanity check that the replacement graphic we were ordering would fit. That shows a lot of care and attention Beverly and her team put into their work and towards their clients. I paid and approved the proof on May 5, and the final product arrived today (May 12). It was well packaged, it looked so good, and most importantly -- it fit our frame from DisplayIt like a glove. I really really appreciate the team that made this possible. My team and I will definitely go back to this company for future needs.

This company took forever to complete my project; very amateur developers. The team could not get…read moreit right! I hired them to do an android app just like an existing iOS app. Even having the framework all laid out in front of them they still could not get the android version working for the longest time. Then the owner Ravi Mittal tells me they can no longer work on my project. He made me feel like the bad guy because his developers could not do the work. Never even apologizing! Buyer beware. I paid the agreed project price knowing that there was more work to be done because I had made a verbal agreement with the project manager to do some extra work. We had an agreement to work at the same rate and an estimate was also agreed on. After I paid for first project (knowing it was not complete, but thinking they would finish along with second agreement) Ravi pulled the plug saying that the price would have to be higher due to the "lost" hours they had on first project. It was not my fault they took forever and were amateur developers! Now he will not communicate with me nor will he refund the money for the part of the initial project that was not completed. I ended up having to pay another developer to clean up the mess left behind from Rave Infosys.
