I am an Information Technology professional with more than four decades in the business, My desktop computer was old and needed to be replaced. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . I developed a problem receiving emails from a certain company I do business with, which was an intolerable situation. I needed some professional help. BBM Tech responded first to my Yelp inquiry. I called and spoke with Brandon. After discussing my issue, we agreed on having my PC serviced by him. He came promptly and made an attempt at resolving my issue, however it would not be that simple. He took my PC to his office and called me the following day to inform me of what was wrong and the price to repair. I found his candidness and clear explanation to be clear and concise. I agreed to have the repairs done. As soon as he had resolved the problem, he called me and set up a time to drop off my PC. When he returned it to me, we encountered a second issue. To which he profusely apologized and had to return to his office to resolve that issue. As soon as solved the issue, he contacted me that the problem was resolved and returned the PC.
