The floor is dirty, and then there were SOMEONE ELSES PUBES (or hair) on the toilet seat. So disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you absolutely need extended stay features. I'd rather go to Comfort Inn which is much better! This room cost me $200. For ONE night. Such highway robbery. It's one thing if I had a good experience. But I honestly want someone to contact me about getting partial reimbursement for this stay because the issues are too vast. AND our room's key card thing on the door stopped working because the battery died... and the front desk ladies had to use a crowbar to get me in, and I basically can't leave and come back because they will have to have to let me in again that way.... And the highway sounds are way too loud to even be able to get any good sleep tonight. Ugh. At least the night staff last night was kinder than the day staff.
