We were looking for one last lunch stop before heading to the airport and agreed on this place, located in an unassuming strip mall. We received a very friendly greeting upon arrival and perused the menu. I chose the Greek Vibes wrap, with hummus, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, onion, roasted red pepper, and pesto. Messy but good. I also had the power fuel smoothie with Açaí, peanut butter, and blueberries. Delicious and very filling. Hubby had the California Club with chicken and subbed regular mayo for Chipotle mayo. Right after we ordered we were offered samples of homemade tomato soup. Ooooh boy it was sooooooo gooooood!!! I mean it was top notch. I wanted to slurp it out of the plastic ramekin then use my finger to clean out every last drop, but I have manners ... The subs were SUPERB! Meat and cheese were fresh, and the bread must have been baked in heaven! the sub was perfect. I tried to find a flaw and there was none. I mean...I have no cons about this place at all except that it's not closer to my house. I ate and left no crumbs as the kiddos say lol!! The juice was perfectly flavor balanced, too. This is a cute little place tucked in a large shopping center near PGA. A nice, clean spot with a few tables to seating. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a smoothie to go. The man working there was very friendly and genuine and everything was made quickly. The smoothie we ordered was the Protein Bomb. It was good but very very heavily on the peanut butter and I enjoy the other flavors in it, so I'd prefer if I could have tasted those more without so much peanut butter. We also got the Italian sandwich and prosciutto sandwich. Both were very good. I really like the pepperoncini peppers on the Italian sandwich and the fresh mozzarella on the prosciutto sandwich. A small sandwich shop hidden deep in a strip mall. Very fair prices here! I have taken away a couple of sandwich orders from here since I recently discovered this place on Yelp! The food seems fresh and my order has been cheerfully brought to me, where I was waiting, each time. The location is brightly decorated and clean with interesting comfy chairs adding to the usual seating arangements. I was hungry but it was early afternoon and I didn't want to ruin dinner so wanted to find a simple sandwich. I looked around on yelp and found The Lunchbox, which was kind of close to my hotel. I went in around 3pm and there was no one in the restaurant, as expected. A nice gentleman took my order for an 8" meatball and cheese sub sandwich with a Tropical smoothie, which contained pineapple, mango, and banana. First, the sandwich was very good. The meatballs were tasty, but it was what tasted like freshly made tomato sauce that was sweet and worked great with the meatballs, bread, and cheese. The tropical smoothie was also very good with the fruit flavors. I would like to come back and try another sandwich soon. We had the chicken salad and the chicken wraps and took the to the beach. After two hours in my cooler the chicken wrap was still warm. I never get wraps but this was delicious.
