However, as a lash business owner, it's unprofessional for me to have to reschedule because the owner doesn't adhere to her store hours of 9:30 AM to 5 PM. Today, December 18, 2024, I arrived at 9:30 AM and it's now 10:45 AM. @ 10:06 i recieved a message my order is ready for pick up ... I've gone to the store several times, but no one answers the phone or has opened the shop. I've also tried reaching out via email, Instagram, and text. If you're considering shopping here, I recommend placing your orders weeks in advance to avoid similar issues--or maybe think twice about shopping here altogether.
