These girls went different times to use the gift cards and they are being told I paid with a credit card so now they have to pay the credit card fee also on a gift card. I have never heard that before. Last time I checked a gift certificate was like cash value. On top of that getting a package comes with gel polish and then trying to charge an extra $15 for gel is crazy. This use to be one of my favorite nail shops that's why I got the gift certificates here. But if you're going to treat the people that get gift certificates bad I won't be going back that's not ok.

Sure I've felt burning sensation with acrylic but never with dip & it was painful. Within two days two broke off & by the third day one lifted from the tip & my middle finger on my right hand started to lift in the center. I still tipped $10 because that's my norm. But seeing that I do not live there in CA anymore... I can say their quality in work is not what I've experienced in many other states. I can go 4-6 weeks before needing a new set.
