T&M Catering - Gorgeous new venue where we are a preferred Cateter

She was extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations. My family did not want to have to worry about or do anything, and we did not have to. We were under the wire and were out of options for choosing caterers for my daughter's wedding. We had to switch venues and caterers a month before the wedding due to covid. They tried to over charge us not just once but twice ( at a total of $412.84). They promised they would pack leftovers for us. We provided a cooler and at the end of the night they told us the food was 'taken care of' and in the cooler. They knew we were spending the night in a hotel. We were going to have our out of town guests come over to enjoy the leftovers with us before they head home. We opened up the cooler in the morning and the shrimp and crab balls were rancid. There was NO ice in the cooler. Not even a drop of water. What a waste of food and money. If that wasn't the worst of it, one of the employees was going through our boxed up alcohol (in our pick up truck) as we were trying to vacate the property. We had only an hour to pack everything up from the wedding and she was 'digging' through our boxes looking for a bottle that was promised to her IF it was empty. How unprofessional. Then I found out after the fact that the water jugs we provided for the florists to fill the table arrangements were taken away by the caterer upon 2 separate occasions even though they were told it was specifically to be used by the florist. They had taken it to fill up the lemonade and iced tea containers. The water was stored in a boiler room for years and was deemed unsafe for consumption that is why we were using it for the flowers. I reached out to the owner to tell her about these awful experiences and all I received were excuses. As far as the last incidence, I found out a week after the wedding. I tried to reach out to the owner feeling that she should know her staff could have endangered our guests and had no right to confiscate something that they didn't provide. She is refusing to answer my phone call. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Please go somewhere else and safe the money and headaches.

The restaurant was packed. It was a very kind thing to do. That moment alone set the tone for the night. The food was outstanding. Better than we remembered it being. The bread arrived warm, and the oil had garlic in it. I never dunk in garlic oil, but tonight I was dunking everything. The bolognese was the perfect balance of creaminess, meat, and cheese. We also ordered two pizzas, both very enjoyable, and the lasagna was a hit as well. Our server was attentive and quick with requests, and the owner made a point to stop by most tables, which added a personal touch. We will definitely be back.

Nothing really ever changes here...I've tried it every few months going back 15+ years. I go in…read moreevery few months for lunch and a drink because it's very close and convenient...figure I'll give it another chance. I had the "beef ravioli" a few days ago...the "marinara" sauce is sugary Ragu out of a jar at best. Still the same cheap bread that so obviously came frozen and fell off the back of a Sysco truck. Nice enough people I suppose and the service is perfectly adequate...I guess the family that owns it is trying...but I sure wish the food quality was 3x better at Enotria. Hire a far better chef, charge a couple bucks more if you need to, and buy far better quality ingredients. I'm no restaurant owner, but perhaps the solution is to cut the menu size by a 1/3rd and do the remainder far better. I'd be a regular at Enotria 2-3 times a week if it were actually high-end, fresh, quality Italian. There are carry out places in the area that have significantly better food than Enotria (Italian Sensation being a long time example). Vito's in Cockeysville is 3x better every single time. Drive to Reisterstown and Kecco's is excellent (a bit far away, admittedly). Liberatore's in Bel Air, while not close to as good as Vito's...is certainly better than Enotria and has picked it up during 2025 with a new chef. Enotria is in a tie for dead last Italian food in its area with Basta Pasta in Fallston...that would be the other slop Italian place in the area. I'd gladly pay more for a lunch or a dinner at Enotria if it were much higher caliber Italian food...and I suspect a lot of others would too. Enotria as it stands is completely cliche, marginal, "least common denominator" Italian food at most. Just because you play the same Dean Martin songs on repeat and yell "Bella Bella" to every woman that walks through the front door doesn't mean the food is any good.

Dear Austin, You…read morehave stopped responding to my emails and will not answer any phone calls. I am writing again to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Right Price Entertainment LLC for our wedding on October 18, 2025. The experience we had with your company fell far below the professional standard that was promised, and it significantly impacted what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. From the beginning, communication with your company was extremely poor. Our phone calls went unanswered, and we were told that texting or email was the best way to reach you, yet even those messages often went without response. We only heard back from you after contacting your aunt, and frankly, we are not confident that you would have responded, or even shown up to our wedding had we not taken that step. We eventually had a Zoom call with Brooklyn to review every detail: the playlist, walk-out songs, and the overall timing of the evening. The very next day, we were informed she was no longer our DJ and that "Stephanie" would be taking over. We were told she had been briefed and that I would be provided with her contact information, but I never received any follow-up or communication from her. When we arrived at our wedding, our planner immediately informed us that the DJ on site had no idea what to play and had to be told what to do. This dj was not "Stephanie" but a man we were unfamiliar with. When we introduced ourselves, he explained that he had been "begging for information from Austin for 48 hours" and had received nothing. He also told us that he was never sent our playlists or any of the event details we had prepared. As a result, we had to write everything down for him right before our grand entrance, and our wedding planner had to handwrite a script for him so he could make announcements. Adding to this disappointment, the $200 dance floor we paid for was never delivered or set up. This was part of our agreed-upon service and was a significant feature of our reception. Your company's lack of preparation, organization, and communication caused immense stress during what should have been a seamless and joyful celebration. The confusion and frustration that night led to unnecessary tension and even a serious argument between my husband and me--something no couple should have to experience on their wedding day. Given these issues, including the undelivered dance floor and the overall failure to deliver the professional service we contracted for, I am requesting a refund and a formal acknowledgment of these concerns.
