I went in looking for a specific product, and when could not I find it I went up to the counter to get somebody to help. There were two people at the register so one came back to help. She stayed on her phone the whole time she was helping me. I am visually impaired so getting some help was a must. When we couldn't find what I was looking for, she just walked away, no suggestions for another product. I am totally disappointed.

I got a Brazilian wax here while passing through town. I normally got to The European Wax Centers…read morethat you often find in larger towns but that wasn't an option for our travel path. The lady that waxed me was so nice but it was a terrible experience and result. It took about 45 minutes and she seemed flustered with the wax. She didn't let it sit and dry long enough so that she had to redo areas. She also would slowly peel it back to check if it was dry. She asked if I was normally so red afterwards which I said yes just to save face. The result was also poor. Most of the hairs were broken and in about a week I could have used another wax. The price was also ridiculous, $80 and for the terrible job she did and excruciating pain from her lack of confidence. Not a good experience. Glad I don't live in that town cause there wasn't a lot of alternatives.

Katie was ready for me when I arrived for my appointment, looked over some pictures I liked, and recommended a balayage to get that beautiful, blended blonde look I was after. The results were fantastic, and she gave me a nice cut and style, asking plenty of questions and giving her recommendations. She also gave me her card so that I could follow up if I had any concerns. I had to have my inexperienced 15 year old granddaughter clean it up for me when I returned home with tears in my eyes. Save your money and a lot of disappointment and go to another salon!
