I always struggle to choose a new color when I go to the nail salon. My go-to is usually white but today I wanted something different and I wasn't sure on what to choose. Ankita was so patient with me. She had me pick out the options I liked the most and helped me narrow down to what I went with. And even after that I changed my mind! One of my fav places to do my nails in Lisbon. Seems like all the technicians do an excellent job (as far as I watched them working) but I would personally recommend Seema. She was so fast and sharp and my nails looked just perfect. It was quite challenging cause my nails were pretty short. To make an appointment online was also smooth and easy, Katerina confirmed it the same day. I came at my scheduled time and they took me right away with no delays. The only thing that disappointed me was used nail buffer which was also about to fall apart. I always thought it must be used only ones and then thrown away or given to the client. read more

Wow wow and wow! My brother's first experience with a pedicure was with me. I took him to my favorite spot at the time, down by Grand Central station. That was years ago, maybe a decade even. If you've never been to Lisbon, let me tell you, your feet will need some pampering after a couple of days! Thank goodness we found this spot! You never would have guessed it from where it was located. Not that it was difficult to locate, but it was just kind of hanging out on a beautiful block on a side street. Long story short and to-the-point, my brother told me that his pedicure was the best he's had since his first time LOL He was extremely pleased with how long it was, how it was done, and the cleanliness factor of course, and so forth. My pedicure was pretty good. I thought that she could have worked on my feet a little longer but it's a minor complaint. The major points are- it is extremely clean, they are very nice and accommodating, and the pedicure was well done- my feet felt fabulous after the fact! They are also located in a nice area that has a couple of cute cafes and places to lollygag. Please note that we did witness that they are very strict about their appointments. Make sure to make it on time or at least give him a call. Enjoy! read more

Returned for my first visit as a walk in. Waited about 15-20 mins for a simple color change. Was treated very well. Seema was my technican. She was very sweet, made sure my nails were cut and shaped exactly as I wanted. Her work is VERY detailed, efficient and my nails looks beautiful. Used their online booking to request an appointment - emailed me back and offered 5pm. I showed up at 4:50 and was asked to wait. At 5:35 I was eventually taken..... They asked me what I wanted and seemed shocked when I said I had booked a shellac mani (not a normal mani), they told me I couldn't have it, because it was too late. Then after I told them this is what I booked and their receptionist told me 5pm, and that them starting 35 mins late is not my fault, they grudgingly agreed to do it. I heard one lady tell the other to do my pedicure "rapido, rapido" and the woman doing my mani was hurrying so much she made my finger bleed with her filing. She didn't clean under my nails either, and filed off the gel polish that I had on until my nails were super thin and weak. Never had gel polish removed this way before. Seems super aggressive and damaging to me. They tried to do the shellac while the pedicure was going on, it's a mess. Lumpy, patchy and with a little blood thrown in..... not at all impressed. I feel bad for the one star review, the ladies were pleasant, but I'm very unhappy with how I was treated, and not at all happy with the results. read more

My wife and I are in town from the USA for a long weekend in Lisbon. I contacted this business by email a few weeks prior to schedule a mani-pedi-massage and confirmed a few days before arrival. Everything went very smooth. I dropped my wife off. They told me when to collect her. She had a great time. The young ladies doing the work gave her many suggestions on where to go and eat. We went to one of the restaurants and it was excellent. We will definitely come back next time we are in town. read more
