Best thing that ever happened to me. I was at the end of my rope before I met Eduardo, and in less than 2 weeks I'm getting back on my feet.

I've been meeting with Robert over the past few months and it's been one of the most valuable…read morethings I've done for myself in a long time. His insight runs deep, but it's the way he listens that really stands out. He asks the kind of questions that make you stop, reflect, and finally get to the root of what's really going on. And he does it in a way that's calm and steady, never judgmental. He brings accountability without pressure. Just clear, consistent support that helps you move from feeling stuck to actually making progress. Every session leaves me with more clarity and direction. If you're juggling too much, second-guessing your next step, or just need a space to reset and figure things out, I can't recommend Robert enough. It's been a game changer.

I use the skills and experience I've gained running project teams, delivering programs, line managing multiple individuals, and successfully running PMO functions, ranging in size from 6 to 60 people. Who do I work with? With Mid to late career professionals. With job seekers, who may be feeling despondent and concerned they are under-skilled. With those wanting to become a manager or are stepping into a brand new management role and feel under-prepared. With existing managers & leaders who want to lead using a more positive human-focused approach, building incredible teams with the people they have around them. With those in need of more coaching than their manager can give them, and wanting to crack the code of managing up. With those who feel that their career has plateaued, and want support to leap forward in their career. You would gain real value and momentum by working with me as your life coach.

Unprofessional staff. The "business development" person is not helpful at all. Waste of time.read more

Some years ago, I wrote a review or 2 detailing my experiences with employment agencies following…read moremy layoff from a company where I had worked for 23 years. At that time, I was no longer a kid, and I was terrified. The only agency I could remotely review in an even halfway positive manner was the Express Employment office in Parsippany. They, at least, sent me some potential job opportunities. Not a whole lot but...some. I also went for an interview at their office in Fairfield. The funny thing about the employment agencies I went to is I remember everyone I interviewed with. Apple One in Edison-- friendly young woman with bad teeth (funny the things you remember!), who never contacted me again after that initial interview. Express Employment in Parsippany-- unfriendly young woman who actually did send me a job lead or 2. Express Employment in Hackettstown (gonna write about them next, for those reading this in suspense)--- friendly young guy who was leaving the next day for a permanent re-location to the Midwest and ... perhaps needless to say...no follow-up or calls afterwards. Maybe he's more productive in the Midwest? Express Employment in Fairfield? It was a young woman I interviewed with, but I can remember absolutely nothing else about her except that she was young (relatively speaking) and she was a woman. I think at that point, I wasn't expecting much and... instead of nothing much, I got nothing at all. Filled out the requisite paperwork, interviewed with the young woman who has faded completely from memory (as I'm sure I faded from hers the moment I walked out the door), and never heard back from them. No job leads, no employment opportunities, no advice, no job counseling, nothing. Nada. There were several other people in the office at the time filling out paperwork and waiting for their interviews. Hopefully, Express Employment worked out better for them than it did for me.
