Working with Advice Personnel and Brian S., specifically, has become one such case. I've dealt with several recruiters/headhunters over the past 6 months (I use the word "dealt" very intentionally) and none have come close to providing the level of support, initiative, warmth, and clarity that Brian S. brought to every interaction, no matter how small. Brian was incredibly professional throughout my hiring journey while also imbuing the process with a sense of profound investment on his part. I felt like he had my back at all times and, like any great tactician, was able to keep the complexities and logistical stresses of the process veiled so that I could focus on giving the best interviews possible. Because of this, I landed a great new job at an incredible company. It feels silly to write this about a recruiter but I'll sincerely miss our phone calls. Even when the subject matter might have been mildly stress-inducing (what job search doesn't have it's moments?) I always had a smile on my face by the end. Brian S. is superlative and I cannot recommend him enough.

I wouldn't even recommend this place to a college grad. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. What temp agency doesn't allow their clients to see the recruiters in-person? A very unprofessional temp agency. Even the security guard that works at the building where pro med staffing is located says that pro med is very unprofessional and are never in their office. Terrible.

Management was terrible and incredibly racist. I don't know when management changed but they did a great overhaul. My license expired. My previous agency refused to renew it. Lawerence Lee went to talk to my previous agency for me. They ignored me for weeks. Lawerence did a great job handling them. Jimmy Cho was my recruiter. He checks in with me every week or every other week. Always asks if I'm okay. If I'm being treated well. Everyone in the agency is extremely responsive. The team is great. I highly recommend working with them. Their pay rates are good. It varies based on location though. TNA - $18-20 CNA - $21 LPN - $35 RN - $50
