We were going for a dreamy look with a sort of blurry effect, and the detail came out as I expected. But the graphic is very, very, very light, and many of our poor show choir kids have complained about it to me. I would not use SourceOne Digital again. If you have to use them, insist on a printed proof at full size. Source One has insisted that the problem is mine because I approved the "proof" - which was a digital copy of my original JPEG file. That's not a proof, and I should have known better, but a word to the wise: buyer beware with Source One Digital. Insist on a printed proof. Not only that, but I gave them my personal credit card number as a good-faith effort to be sure they knew they would get paid. I asked my rep, Mike Hoerle, to be sure to let me know when the card was going to be run, because I actually wanted our treasurer to pay with our group's credit card. Instead, Source One ran my card and I had to get reimbursed. Poor communication and followup.
